Overall good

Closeness to the airport and the airport transfers. Also, the breakfast was very nice.

Fast check-in, good breakfast options, transportation to and fro to the airport is frequent.

Last second accommodation during a typhoon that cancelled all flights. Room was very clean, wifi was good. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. There was a Lawsons convenience store right in the lobby by the reception. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. My only issue is very strict on the 4pm check in time which is very late, needs to be 2pm because even the checkout time is very early at 10am.

If you want to go to the airport early in the morning or night flight to Tokyo, I think the first choice of this hotel, because the facilities of the room is also very dry and complete, and there is wi-fi plug, the most important thing is that there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, the frequency is very close, plus there is a breakfast served in addition to the hotel to also have a convenience store to buy peripheral supplies or food!

Best place to stay at the Narita airport.

You always know what you get with the Toyoko Inn. 10 mins shuttle ride to the airport, good & ample breakfast buffet. Scales for weighing luggage.

I'd stayed here once before, and I seemed to recall having a favorable opinion of it. And I suppose I still do, if only barely. The bed is hard. It's fairly comfortable to sleep on, but sitting or lying on it gets uncomfortable. The floor is hard too, although that didn't matter as much. The AC unit made the room colder when set to "dehumidify" than to "cold" (or whatever that mode translated to) -- and it took some playing around with the remote to figure the thing out. (Note that it was late July when I stayed here.) The hallways, by comparison, were pretty warm. There was a Lawson on the first floor, which was super-cramped if there was more than one person in an aisle. The shuttle bus took me to Narita Airport, and it had a mostly-convenient schedule. The bathroom felt dated, but it got the job done. The bed had only one pillow and there was only one garbage can for the entire room. One bright side was that check-in and check-out were really quick and easy.

Good experience

Free airport shuttle is a plus. They do have toothbrush, combs, etc available but you need to take it from the lobby. 24 hour Lawson's on the property is another plus.

One of the best Hotel I stayed Narita. The staff are nice and give you the vibe of hospitality. With free breakfast. I recommend this place to anyone. Close to airport as well

The lady working at the restaurant during the breakfast time is very rude.

Japan is the most tourism hub but you have to do language skills to staff unless you will achieve your goals either or not., Globalization affairs think about it.high discipline staff you have.
