This boutique hotel is everything that you need. The location is perfect, the staff are so kind and helpful and attentive. Joao was amazing and Caro was so nice and helpful. The room was great, the internet was great if you need to check emails , the breakfast was great… the train, the tram and every kind of transportation is just nearby along with the central district. It’s a great hotel :)

Quiet and charming hotel centrally located in Lisbon, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Highlights were the friendly and welcoming staff and breakfast quality and selection. It was a great place to return to at the end of a busy day in the hustle and bustle of the city. The room we had was quite small and that would be the only downside or negative with our experience.

Really nice set up with entire kitchen/bar floor. Relaxed, art vibe. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Nice room and bathroom. Happy with our stay here. Only minor drawback was entry to property was a bit tight. Overall safe and lovely, in a fun area.

I stayed with my two girls for one night and loved it. The hotel was in a great location, it was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Props to Ricardo at the front desk for being super friendly and helpful. The next time I visit Lisbon, I would stay again.

The location is very convenient. It’s close to all major sights, metro, tram/trolley stop, etc. We had a great stay. The room was clean and beautiful. Although it is located in a busy area, it’s quiet at night so you don’t have to worry about noise at night. Overall super comfortable stay.

Fine choice. Great staff. Excellent breakfast. Quiet. Great location. My only complaint was the configuration of the junior suite we had. There was limited seating in the living area and no real storage space for clothes in the bedroom. But that was a minor concern.

Tesouro da Baixa was the perfect place for us to base ourselves in Lisbon. All of the main attractions in old Lisbon are easily walkable from this hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful; the rooms were clean and much larger than expected; the breakfast was varied and huge. We felt very safe and secure in this quiet space amid the hustle and bustle of Lisbon. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a home away from home in Lisbon.

The hotel was very clean. We opted to not have our room cleaned during out stay because we prefer the privacy. We loved the view to the castle from the balcony. The room being in a separate building and taking two elevators was confusing, but not impossible to manage. We can't picture the place until we get there. We loved the individual attention received by the staff, they addressed us by our names, make individual omelets for breakfast. The quality of breakfast was excellent. Please keep the coffee that is poured, not just the one from the machine.

This is a very nice small boutique hotel with a funky haall arrangement. The staff are amazing, especially the front desk; they are patient, helpful and kind. (Who ever did the hiring of the staff give them a raise.) The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of items to choose from. And most importantly the hotel internal environment was absolutely quiet!!!

The hotel has excellent location, the room was exceptional clean comfortable and specious. The staff spectacular , service 4 start hotel. The staff made the difference, the breakfast very good.

We came to the hotel for our mini moon and from the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to make it special. Everyone we came in to contact with was so very helpful, from giving us hints and tips to finding a place to store our rented bikes at 11.30pm! The location is excellent, the rooms just what you need and the breakfast delicious. We will definitely be coming back!
