Bathrooms are nasty with rust stains, refrigerator has nasty rust all over the doors…not sure how this can even happen. The beds are uncomfortable. The pillows are so flat they feel like it’s from the dollar tree. Room doesn’t feel clean at all.

Upon checking in noticed a problem with the HVAC. Spoke to clerk, in lieu of repairing it offered another room. After bringing in all our luggage didnt want to relocate. We tried to deal with it but ultimately had to switch due to the unbearable consitions. It would have been more convenient if they wouldve repaired the HVAC to our room

Great property with great staff especially lady that handles the breakfast every morning and the facility maintenance men that service outside.

We were a late arrival at the property and the room we had booked was not available. We were given an upgrade at no additional cost. Great breakfast and very helpful staff in attendance. Would definitely stay again.

We always try to stay at Marriott Hotels. This one was in a nice neighborhood with lots of local amenities. The staff was very friendly. The issue is with the cleanliness of our room. The dishes in the cupboard were covered in what appeared to be old pizza. One of the beds had a spot of blood in the center. The shower curtain was filthy. We reported the blood on the bed, but this was never resolved. I’m hoping this was an anomaly.

This was a great place but I literally went and bought my own toilet paper because theirs was so bad.

My water in my shower never got hot, only lukewarm.

We had never stayed at a TownPlace before but we loved it! The room was great and had so much room, tidy and clean. The breakfast was so good! My whole family loved it! They had a little bit for everyone! We will definitely stay again!

It took The front desk 25 minutes to realize I was there to check in. Then they gave me a single occupancy room when I booked 2 queen beds. Then blamed Expedia for not contacting me about reservation changes. I called them at noon, the day of the booking to make sure room was still available & told them I was traveling with a special needs person. They told me that reservation was good though the room was not clean yet. We were traveling from Mississippi to the Auburn football game, was told that room would be available when we got there after the game. When I showed up it took 25 minutes for someone to show up at the desk & check me in. When I got upstairs it was a single room. Went downstairs to tell front desk about mixup. Was told that it was Expedias fault that I wasn’t nodified about change to my reservation. Was told that there was a pull out sofa & bedding in the closet. Went back upstairs to find no bedding for nasty pull out sofa mattress. Went back down stairs waited 20 minutes for bedding for room that was not what I reserved. This place lacks coustomer service for sure

It was good stay only thing the sprinkler of the roof of the bathroom was leaking water.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The location is the only thing that is about the only thing nice about it. The Check-in staff was extremely rude. Our room as in terrible shape. The carpet was torn in several spots and had staples and nails exposed. We had to put our cooler over it the worst spots so no one would get hurt. The bathroom was in bad shape and bugs were on the floor. There were other issues with the room, but you can get the point. We had asked 2 different staff members if they had a high chair we could use and were told no. At breakfast the last day, a different staff member asked us if we wanted a high chair. We told her we had been told they didn't have them and she said they had 3.

The hotel was very clean. I was very pleased with the location, it is so close to restaurants and shopping. I was very comfortable. Great hotel.

Sadly, this is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed it, and it’s entirely because of poor management. I had to stay four weeks for a business trip, and my room was cleaned maybe five times the entire time I was there and only because I begged for someone to come clean. They over charged me four different times, and I ended up having to call my bank and put in a fraud report to get the money back. The pool didn’t work and the staff were incredibly rude any time I asked for housekeeping.

Very nice area with shopping and places to eat. Only issue was our bathroom needed some TLC. Bathtub looked like it was 30 years old with rust in it.

I had booked and confirmed but when I showed up, they told me they had overbooked. They sent me up the road to one of their sister Holiday Inn Express facilities. I always stay at Townplace because of the kitchen. Holiday Inn was much more run down and not someplace I would’ve ever have booked at for a stay.

It close to my work and they didn’t help when I told them my pregnant wife and son both fell, the WiFi is horrible will never stay here again

It was my first time in Montgomery, I'm not fluent in the language, the hotel is very comfortable and the facilities are very pleasant. Some employees don't have much patience with those who have difficulties with English, but that's ok.

IT WAS JUST AN OK STAY. THOUGHT THE ROOMS WOULD BE A WHOLE LOT NICER SINCE THE EXTERIOR WAS BEAUTIFUL.

Great location - easy access to dining, shopping, and highways. Bedding was just ok mattress and pillows need upgrading.

Comfortable and clean hotel with lots of amenities in the room like a full fridge, microwave, etc. Nice little office area to use as a desk and still plenty of room in the main room. Overall, great for one night stay passing through. Only thing I would change/ request could be better is the breakfast. The bread items were stale, the small milk cartons were past their due date, and there wasn't much variety. If fresher items were served and milks/yogurts were fresher and not close to or past the due date, that would help this place a lot.
