I’ve had many pleasant stays over the last couple of years. Clean, safe, and comfortable. While it might seem a bit scuffed and faded, staff are very courteous and helpful.
For an area of upscale shopping malls and luxury apartments, it’s good value. I recommend the balconies.

Stayed for 3 nights. Had to change rooms after night 1. First room was not good - bad layout, poor air conditioning, no fresh air (made worse by paint fumes from hotel renovation.) Second room was a huge improvement with all of the negative issues resolved. Staff are lovely & facilitated the room change promptly.
Pool is OK, buffet breakfast is OK.
Good proximity to Sukhumvit Rd & Em district.
Good value at the heavily discounted rate (due to aforementioned renovations) but I would never pay the full rate to stay here.

Stayed for 15 nights. Breakfast was awful. All cold items warm all warm items cold.
Very little choice of food for breakfast.
Staff seem unhappy most of the time
Shower cold then extremely hot when I told the staff they said the while hotel was same. And offered alternate room. Room need a deep clean to remove the stains on the chairs the walls and doors. Overall cheap but poor.

I am disabled. Walking difficulties. I had to climb a ser of stairs to reach a very average room. Disappointing. I will not use again. I have used this hotel before and they gave me a much better room. Maybe they were just grumpy but I was not impressed.

The hotel is not far away from BTS. The place is quiet and clean. It makes you feel comfort to the size of the room, but some area need to re-decorate.

The ceiling on top of the bed was cut and opened before, there were cuts and many little holes that look very scary and suspicious. I worried and wondered whether there is any hidden camera inside in the hole, and couldn’t sleep well.

Room’s air conditioner doesn’t work, but I claimed it to change to another room.

As the others were saying here, unfortunately, its not the place that worth staying. In my case, there were quite a lot of ants crawled out on the bed when I woke up.

Bathroom you need to sit in the tub to shower. Also had to walk thru a stairwell to get to the room. Never again
