One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Five star luxury, amazing customer service, the most extensive breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen, and super comfortable rooms. 10/10 would recommend and will stay here again!

A hotel in my opinion is judged by three things.
The entrance (cleanliness, brilliance, and elegance)
The floors ( rugs, baseboards, and overall smell)
The bathroom cleanliness, modern, cork, and water pressure.
The Holiday Inns & Suites of Dubai Festival City has all three.

Very nice, clean, modern. Spacious rooms. Very helpful staff. Very convenient with a connection to DFC mall

First, pool is under maintenance and secondly, we didn’t have hot water on second day. They insisted that noticed were given but only was told 45 minutes after they turned the heater off

I didn’t like that there was no movies on tv,pool was closed.The good thing was that is close to the airport and the shopping mall.

Beautiful hotel attached to a shopping mall via air conditioned walkway. Staff so efficient and friendly. Breakfast excellent, buffet dinner superb with so much variety to choose from. Rooms comfortable with good quality mattress and bedding. Nice size room and bathroom. Air conditioning cools nicely and is quiet.

Vivek at reception and concierge was exceptionally polite and helpful. He bought our bags to our room at 2am with a cheerful smile after we’d had a very long flight…. He was pleasant!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Festival city. A new hotel, very modern, very nice and spacious rooms.
Staff Is very kind and helpful. I am handicapped, and the people did everything to make my stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Whole Hotel is wheelchair accessible.
Restaurant is very good too. And the hotel has direct access to Festival City Mall. Not the biggest Mall in Dubai, but plenty of shops and restaurants. I didn't miss anything.
Short Taxi ride from the airport, mazbe 15min. To Dubai city Mall / Burj Khalifa.
I will come back!

Perfect location 15 minutes from the airport. Hotel connects to a big mall for anything you may have forgotten to purchase. Hotel staff the best, very professional and accommodating. Room were perfect!

Room was not clean, you can surface is not clean & stinky … room service clean rooms at 2 am so you cant sleep .. not recommended

Horrible experience at the check-in. I booked 8 rooms and the receptionist refused to check in one of my guests because I did not use his middle name in the booking.
Hotels.com was also terrible. On their system, it says the tax rate is 7AED, I was charged 15 at the hotel.

Great hotel for a stop over, close to the airport and linked to the Festival City Mall. The staff were all lovely.

Check in experience was bad, despite I came very early morning before the check in time but the staff was unprofessional and rude and let me set for 2 hours untill a freind called them after that they checked me in.
