The staff was amazing. The beach club has the best food !!! But they need to update the facilities.

The room was clean and we had a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach. What a way to wake up. They have a nice bar and restaurant downstairs by the pool. Don’t forget to get a massage down on the beach.

Ok excepted no wifi

The staff were very friendly but the pictures are a little misleading. The hotel could do with redecorating as the paint was peeling off around the hotel and in our bedroom. Frustratingly the wifi also doesn’t work at the hotel or the beach club. We did enjoy our stay but with fresh paint and working wifi it would have been great.

Very poor property but the staff is nice!

Poor water pressure and there was always a sewer smell in the bathroom. The place was clean and staff very pleasant. The hotel is pretty basic but a great price!

Parking and the front street full of holes and water government of puerto Morelos got a fix the streets

I liked that it was a beachfront hotel. Also the restaurant has very good food.

The room was very poor,the security of the room was very bad and the curtains were in bad condition .

The location was good as it had easy access to the beach with lunges and access to another hotel with a good restaurant. It was close enough to walk to town and shop. Also there was very good shampoo and conditioner. The reason I gave it a poor rating is that the room smelled moldy which I am sensitive to, the mattress was terrible and it was impossible to keep the bathroom floor dry when showering. The staff did not help me move to another room and seemed overall disinterested in improving my experience or the bad conditions of the hotel.

Please do not stay at this hotel. I got robbed by the hotel personnel. My room was broken into through a card copy that was made by the hotel onsite manager, David Arollos Cisneros. We sought help, thinking it was just a random person who broken in but it wasn’t. David happened to be in the front desk the day we got robbed(our room was right across the front desk)After we left, we see a guy head to our room without hesitating. We then see him leave with our stuff which was all inside a safe from the hotel. While we asked David for help he would completely ignore us. His excuse was that he was trying to contact his bosses but he was contacting the guy who robbed us, as they were working together. We did ask him if any of this had ever happened and he stated there has never been a robbery. However, the police station stated that there had been several robberies at that specific hotel specifically while he was the one in charge. Once we finally got a hold of the hotel managers, assured us that it would be covered under their insurance. She mentioned that she would keep in contact but we have been contacting her every day and no response. She has completely ignored us. We are still very upset of this whole situation given to the fact that it wasn’t a random robbery but planned by the people who welcome you into the hotel. Also to top it off, there are bed bugs in the room. The amenities are not worth the insecurity and unsafe environment this hotel is. DO NOT

It is great place next to beach

It was absolutely what we wanted for this trip. Out of the city, near the heart of a smaller beautiful Mexican city, and a literal 30 steps to the beach. We felt safe in this area. Walking distance to the best restaurants in town!

Will come back again. Loved it here!

Great poeple great customer services! Bed are to hard for our back. Great cleaners and great view at the beach. Great spot for snorkling!!

Worst experience of my life.

The building needs a lot of maintenance.

Love this spot. There seems to be a lot of complaints, but the value here is great. No coffee maker, we bring a small single serve. I also recommend bring a Roku or similar streaming device. The grocery store is in walking distance. The pool isn’t circulated, so sometimes rain brings in debris. Plenty of loungers and there is a bar and restaurant right next door on the beach. Overall I think the value here is much greater than an all inclusive.

Good for the price and on a nice part of the beach.

It was near the Ocean. Staff should help more with talking about tours or is seeing neighborhood attractions and shops close by for first timers. What was a major disappointment was when I landed at the Cancun airport there was no Transportaion, and I was told Expedia is linked with best travels. I did not have a voucher so paying triple amount to get to a hotel in the dark that was an experience. One that was very upsetting The hotel did not know I was coming late until I called at 830 pm the room was not cleaned It smelt like beach and fish. So that was taken care off the next day a sweet cleaner a nice lady moving forward cleaned daily. I would stay here again on other circumstances. But will do my homework better next time when flying to a foreign place

the rooms were very clean it's not a 5 star hotel, but it served our news. Everyone very nice to use

Great in every way

I had to move to three different rooms over two nights, safe didnt work, no coffee in room and I was kept awake until 3am due to people being loud and yelling all night. Good location not worth the price I paid

The location was perfect . We enjoyed having a beach club that we did not have to pay for . We like to make our own drinks in our room and take to the beach chairs provided . Good WiFi . There are many dining options for all budgets. We will return

The hotel is what I expected, but with a little extra effort, it could be a nice place. The air conditioning worked well, the location is great, it was safe, and the refrigerator was helpful. The towels are old and worn out and the shower head needs to be cleaned. The bed sheets were not soft, but adequate. A small table on the balcony would be helpful. We couldn't get the TV channels to work, but not a big problem.

Pool wasn’t clean so we wouldn’t use it. Staff was very nice. Beautiful location. Loved being on the sea!
