Excellent time in Tokyo at this hotel. In a good location in Shinjuku that’s far enough away but closer enough to be convenient. Breakfast was superb. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept great here. Solid location. Plenty around to do. A small gym good enough for a light workout with some small weights and cardio equipment. For such a large hotel I was pleasantly surprised but the quality.

Exquisite hotel in a fun area with marvelous breakfast and happy hour on the 45th floor. The staff can't do enough for guests, and the hotel is busy but calm. We loved our four-night stay.

We booked a room situated on the Premier level and were extremely happy that we did. We enjoyed all the benefits that came with the Premier level including the larger room, food and beverage and the access to the higher level lounges. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but easy has easy access to transportation.

Amazing experience at this hotel. It was clean, safe she the staff, friendly. There were laundry facilities and the light show was spectacular. Only negative was that the pool was out of commission which we didn’t k ke until we arrived.

The premier grand rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is large and well equipped.
These rooms have access to the club lounge and reception area on the 45th floor. The lounge is good but limited in its offerings. Breakfast is good. Evening canapés are ok but the choices are fairly limited.
The hotel is is huge and located about 10 minutes walk to shinjuko station and shopping area. There are restaurants within the hotel complex and a few fairly unexciting shops.
My guide described the hotel as’ old but very reputable.’ The premier grand rooms are great; sure about the standard rooms.

After reading all the reviews, stayed at the premier floor which gives access to the premier lounge. Lounge had great breakfast, made to order eggs, variety of breakfast items. Rooms and service was excellent.

Excellent Hotel in a good location for the subway. The staff service was brilliant as was the Executive Lounge and the quality of the food. Gym and Pool were of a high standard. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Tokyo.

Good hotell but very sedate and overadministrated.Needed to show passport 3 places to check in- very vsrying of english spoken persons at the country.
The launch is not what you expect of a 5 star Hotel .There are better options

We stay in a fair number of hotels and this was possibly my favourite ever. The attention and pride in every detail was obvious. The room was quiet, modern, and super clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. The views were stunning and the location close to the station made it easy to navigate trips out of Shinjuku. I would highly recommend it!

Very nice hotel and if you like drinks make sure to get premier club lounge access as you get drinks from 5-7pm in club lounge on 45th floor as well as on the 47th floor bar from 7-10pm. The staff was amazing in the hotel. They had many food options and had a laundromat.

Perfect location with easy access to Shinjuku and the metro. Very nice room with great views. Premiere lounge dining was excellent with breakfast, tea time and bar hours with excellent service. We loved the access to everywhere where we needed to tour as well as the many options for lounges and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to in English. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable room with a nice view.Many available toiletries from a very well known brand.The plus was breakfast and the afternoon tea, even when we only attend the second once. Very nice lounge on the 47th floor to enjoy the views. Highly recommended.

Great stay . Well kept hotel in convenient location. Great staff who were friendly and helpful always . Executive lounge was best we've ever been to with Unlimited "pour yourself " drinks during cocktail hour . And prime view of light show on tokyo metropolitan building.
