A very decent place for the ranking and price. We especially liked the breakfast selection which included a mixed hot egg/vegetables/sausage combination which had been freshly prepared with REAL EGGS. Very pleasant and helpful staff, a pleasant and comfortable overnight stay.

This was a great place for the weekend. The balconies facing the river were very nice. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Being that it is an older building, there is noise from underneath the doors, and from the rooms at times, but not horrible. The breakfast was well stocked and surprisingly good for a hotel breakfast.

The staff was great and extremely helpful and kind. The room wasn't very clean and the sliding door was really difficult to move. The walls are thin and could hear neighbors.

Old building with some remodeling. Beautiful view with Snake River & Idaho Falls Temple. Amenities & house keeping need improve. They DIDN'T replace the used shampoo & conditioner.

Front desk concierge was super nice and friendly. The building itself is very loud and echoes, huge gaps between the doors and floor. 4 am woke up to a woman screaming for help/call the police.

You sent me an email this morning about this hotel's signage. It would have been nice to have received this PRIOR to my check in yesterday. Instead, I drove around lost for 20 minutes after a grueling day of travel. Not good communication

Room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the falls. Staff was limited so there seemed to always be a line at the front desk, breakfast was not special, but the views were stunning.

I was in room 175 and that room should never be used again. Stairwell door slams shut right next to that room. Tub and sink didn’t drain. Sink had no water flow. Bathroom ceiling looked like someone tried to fix a water leak and left the ceiling plaster a mess. Crumbs near the beds. Very loud location within the hotel. Hotel staff did fix the tub and sink after I pointed it out but they either wouldn’t or couldn’t move me despite the noise levels.

Give credit when credit is due. I will definitely go back. Can’t beat the price for what you get. Big room with a balcony…great sleep by the way, friendly front desk and a decent hot breakfast in an newly renovated hotel. Perfect location in front of the falls for a nice walk in the park.

Pros: Easy check in. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds. Spacious room layout. Up-to-date in-room amenities. Small “market” for snacks. Directly across the street from the Falls and beautiful scenery to enjoy.
Cons: breakfast was a disappointment.
Unable to use in-room coffee maker due to storage.

Nothing at all like the pics cobwebs everywhere toilet wouldn’t flush sink got clogged wouldn’t refund me my money for the inconvenience still charged me a security deposit and kept it! Staff was very rude and not helpful at all!

Basically, the room was very clean. We wanted to sit on the balcony and saw it had nice chairs but the windows and doors were full of spider webs. It made me leave the balcony. I noticed the drapes needed a little TLC as well. Very minor detail but it does affect the overall look of the room. Like I said, the room itself was really clean.

Nice place, it was packed because a softball tournament. Someone had a dog that was barking like crazy but eventually stopped when the people made it back to the room. Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice, few options walking distance and the river is nice to look at

It sits next to the snake river with a great walking path, very beautiful. The inside of the building was clean and in good shape, the outside was not as clean, windows were dirty with cobwebs and dead bugs.

Rum is absolutely filthy. Hotel walls and interior. Haven’t been cleaned in ages floor in the room was stained really disappointed left without even staying there.
