Great hotel. Beautiful inside. The lobby, rooms and breakfast were all exceptional. My only complaint is the outside is a bit outdated and needs an update and some cleaning but you can tell it is a new update on the inside and maybe they are planning to update the outside in the future. Great location and would recommend to anyone and I would definitely stay again.

Motel was affordable and the breakfast was delicious, but our room needed a good cleaning. There were messes under the bed and beside the nightstand

A very decent place for the ranking and price. We especially liked the breakfast selection which included a mixed hot egg/vegetables/sausage combination which had been freshly prepared with REAL EGGS. Very pleasant and helpful staff, a pleasant and comfortable overnight stay.

This was a great place for the weekend. The balconies facing the river were very nice. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Being that it is an older building, there is noise from underneath the doors, and from the rooms at times, but not horrible. The breakfast was well stocked and surprisingly good for a hotel breakfast.

The staff was great and extremely helpful and kind. The room wasn't very clean and the sliding door was really difficult to move. The walls are thin and could hear neighbors.

Old building with some remodeling. Beautiful view with Snake River & Idaho Falls Temple. Amenities & house keeping need improve. They DIDN'T replace the used shampoo & conditioner.

You sent me an email this morning about this hotel's signage. It would have been nice to have received this PRIOR to my check in yesterday. Instead, I drove around lost for 20 minutes after a grueling day of travel. Not good communication

Front desk concierge was super nice and friendly. The building itself is very loud and echoes, huge gaps between the doors and floor. 4 am woke up to a woman screaming for help/call the police.

Room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the falls. Staff was limited so there seemed to always be a line at the front desk, breakfast was not special, but the views were stunning.

I was in room 175 and that room should never be used again. Stairwell door slams shut right next to that room. Tub and sink didn’t drain. Sink had no water flow. Bathroom ceiling looked like someone tried to fix a water leak and left the ceiling plaster a mess. Crumbs near the beds. Very loud location within the hotel. Hotel staff did fix the tub and sink after I pointed it out but they either wouldn’t or couldn’t move me despite the noise levels.

This an interesting round hotel that I have always wanted to check out. The layout is cool and the rooms have interesting angles with large balconies. Check-in was great and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The bad part was the cleanliness of our room. Dark, obvious footprints on the duvet cover (yuck, pulled it off and rolled it up), dirty, streaked lvp floors, dark stains on the carpet, and mystery stains on the bathroom ceiling. I paid over $200 bucks for the room and was sorely disappointed.

5th floor view was nice but no where near what I was expecting unfortunately the falls were underwhelming overall, that's no knock on the hotel I just booked this room specifically for the view and it really wasn't worth it.

Wonderful views and a spectacular location on the river. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The walking path along the river and waterfall is such a treat. The staff and hospitality are great. The breakfast buffet is a plus. The only slight issue was a few spiders. But overall loved our stay here and highly recommend!

This property is in the process of switching over from, I think, a La Quinta to Comfort Suites, so the signage was confusing. The clerk who checked us in explained this. But beyond that, this place was great! It’s located across the street from a lovely river walk park and a block from a fantastic brewery. Walking the area felt very safe and was very clean. We stayed in the tower and our room was pie shaped and huge with a balcony overlooking the river. We enjoyed sitting out there. Staff was friendly, breakfast typical. We are actually going to pass through here on our way home and hope to stay again.

Give credit when credit is due. I will definitely go back. Can’t beat the price for what you get. Big room with a balcony…great sleep by the way, friendly front desk and a decent hot breakfast in an newly renovated hotel. Perfect location in front of the falls for a nice walk in the park.

Pros: Easy check in. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds. Spacious room layout. Up-to-date in-room amenities. Small “market” for snacks. Directly across the street from the Falls and beautiful scenery to enjoy.
