It was a stay to be near The hospital. They were very accommodating as we unexpectedly had to change our reservation. Everyone at front desk was wonderful and the person at breakfast kept our table clean

The Inn's most attractive feature is its proximity to Johns Hopkins. Otherwise, the facility is no more than adequate, though it is quite expensive, not to mention the $42/night parking fee. Even so, it is thinly staffed at best. During my stay, the restaurant closed at 8 pm, though it was supposed to be open till 10 pm. We had to order from the downstairs bar. There were S&P shakers in the rooms, but they were empty. There are no cups in the bathrooms. The foam pillows are old and undersized. The hot water, at least in our room, took several minutes to arrive. In sum, this is a pricey yet old, tired facility.

We got there late and checked out early. The room was just lovely and the bed comfortable. It was very clean. However, the deadbolt on my door did not work, which was very upsetting. I used some hangers to Jimmy. It closed. Also the hallway smelled as if they hadn’t recently had a fire or somebody was burning rubber. It was just awful.

Staff have been fantastic since checkin... Flexible and family friendly valet and breakfast staff! Late minute booking with family inintensive care. We loved the kitchenettes and accessibility features. Thanks to the checkin staff for getting our family on the same floor too

Really enjoyed the chicken breast meal. I had the mac and cheese and that was also so good. The sauce on the chicken was delicious.
Only issue was the front desk person did not tell us that you need to use your key to go up in the elevators and the location for breakfast.

The hotel was very close to John’s Hopkins Hospital, that made things very convenient for my son’s surgery.

My check in time was 4pm but there wasn't a room ready until after 5 which was an inconvenience. The hallways smelled pretty bad and my room didn't smell the best either. That wasn't my first stay there .maybe the staff are overwhelmed or shorthanded. Hopefully it's better next time

It’s a good stay everything is near by very friendly people park near by very clean staff was great love the stay with my wife and daughter I would stay if I have to come back for any more doctors appointment or to stay valet parking was amazing I would recommend family and friends to stay if they came up here to stay thanks so much

The way we were treated by the restaurant staff was horrific (food was literally thrown at us). Then we were totally disregarded by management even though multiple people complained and they promised to call us to address it. We were there for a family member's brain surgery, these horrific people made it 10x worse.

Quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
The gentleman that was working during breakfast was exceptional! Check out was quick and convenient. The valet service was also quick and convenient. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to deal with!!

It was a great stay was kind of hesitant at first due to the neighborhood we were right next to. But overall we had an amazing time. I didn’t like the whole pay for parking , overnight , but the app they use so that you can send for your car , and have it ready when you come down was awesome!

I enjoyed the proximity the property had to public transportation, many ethnic restaurants and the new to me Northeast Market I will definitely visit when in the area again! As far as what I didn't like I asked the front service desk if I can use the safe deposit box to which they told me they don't have one despite the placard on the front door of my room saying "ask the receptionist about using the safe deposit box on property" was a little confusing, also housekeeping could have come by my room every few days, I did make sure to remove the Do Not Disturb sign when ready to have it cleaned as well.

Newer property and spacious suite but when I entered, I realized the air conditioning doesn't work and someone must have eaten a lot of fried foods in the suite just before I arrived. The odor was very strong. It was an unusual hot and humid evening but a technician came up and after about an hour was able to fix the air conditioning though the carpeting around it became soaked.

Clean, comfy beds. Rooftop restaurant had great food. Good breakfast. Hotel itself is very safe but I wouldn’t walk around area at night for sure. Even be careful in daytime!

supplies took too ling to come up to the room. the room had 3 burnt out lihjt bulbs, a tear in the ottaman, many stains on the sofa and a nearly broken table leg

The hotel was beautiful , my room was nice didn't have a great view but it was fine. the room was fine,I loved it ,it was pretty much clean I thought until I pulled the sofa bed out it had stains on the mattress & the pillows of the bed went take a shower, and was preparing to go to sleep when I notice something crawling not sure what it was, look for more didn't really see any more just brown spots on the blanket, So my daughter just slept with me in the bed, overrall everything was fine up to this point. I did let the front desk know upon check out so that they can spray the room down.
