This hotel was probably one of the best and cleanest rooms we’ve had. We travel at least 3-5 times each year for my daughters gymnastics meets. It was super clean and smelled clean. It was quiet through out the night and we loved that it had a seperate room for the bathroom and shower/tub. We will definitely be back.

This property was beautiful, clean, and front desk was great. The only odd thing was in the middle of the night a train came through and was SOOOO loud. I’ve never heard a train so loud. Woke us up thinking it was coming in the room.

As a previous PLATINUM MEMBER with Marriott, I would always ask my company to book my work travel stays at Marriott. We previously LOVED this property. We came up to Great Falls just to stay on the riverfront here. HOWEVER, this time we incurred an unexpected $100 charge for “dirty towels.” The photos of the 3 towels showed only normal usage of bath towels. I have NEVER experienced fees for dirty towels for normal usage! We stayed two nights and didn’t ask for linen changes, nor for garbage removal. One towel was used to clean up coffee grounds from a pod in the room. This $100 charge is excessive to say the least. Beware, if you stay here -you may never know what will cause them to arbitrarily charge $100 EXTRA fees. This is not acceptable, and Marriott has permanently lost loyal guests.

This hotel was beautiful! The rooms were clean. The grounds were gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious. My only critique was that the bathroom door was opaque, when you turned on the bathroom light, it lit up the whole room. This was a bit problematic with young kids. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!

Paid for a balcony room, got a ground floor with no balcony and they had no other king rooms available! Air conditioning had to be worked on so it would cool the room. Not great for the price we paid.

I stayed here with my mom for one night before we flew out of Great Falls. Everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Easy to get to the airport.

Found this place after an unsafe experience at another hotel a handful of miles away. Front desk people were AMAZING, room was beautiful, clean, and most importantly, felt safe. Would stay here again

Very nice hotel looking over the river. The outdoor common area is very pretty. Bed was very comfortable. Nice shower.

The outdoor fire pit was a great feature! The staff was friendly and helpful. They brought out a couple ice buckets to the fire pit and made sure we were comfortable. The path along the river was great too! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

Property was clean, room was spacious and two sinks were great. Loud train went by at night blowing its whistle. Breakfast was good.

Aside from the tv having half a bluish tint (believe it was about to stop working), the room was great (including the high ceilings). We had our dog with us so were on the main level and loved the easy quick access to the outside grass area. Didn't hear the train blow its whistle as it went past this time (it woke us the previous stay).

The stay was perfectly fine. I had a problem with hotels.com. I used my gift card when I booked the room. It showed the discount, which I was pleased with. When I went to print the receipt, it did not have the discount on it so I had to pay full price. Very disappointed.

Although they were decent accommodations, the breakfast was inedible for my husband and I due to so much salt in the eggs and sausage and gravy. Being heart patients we literally could not eat it and the alternatives were not better. Being a diabetic I cannot eat the sweet pastries and sugared cereals.

Loved the property itself. Paid extra for a room with balcony and view of the river. No where did I read anything about a train track between the hotel and the river. The train goes by at midnight while honking its horn every night! It’s terrible! Do not stay here if you’re looking for a good night sleep. Too bad because it’s a beautiful hotel.

The hotel was great. We had a handicap room for the walk-in shower. The only problem was the door lock didn’t work but the security bar did work just fine.
