The staff was really friendly. The room smelled really bad. We had to wash everything in our suitcase because of the smell. Otherwise everything was ok.

The elevator was broken for a few hours but other than that it was fine. The breakfast was nice and they didn’t run out of items.

Everything was fine minus the ac/temp not working in the room. Only seemed to half work. Maintenance even came and checked it said to only worked on high but didn’t really then every. Toilet was wobbling not secure. Breakfast second morning when I came down there was hardly any food few eggs and no anything else

Very unfriendly check in hostess. Stayed 2 nights and did not receive housekeeping to change sheets or deliver fresh towels. Called front desk who informed us that since we booked through Expedia we did not qualify for daily housekeeping??? would have been nice to have been told about his ahead of time ! It was not made clear in anywhere on hotel or Expedia website. Poor security at the front desk which allowed a very drunk or otherwise impaired man to jump into our elevator which was very scary. He obviously walked right by the front desk staff and should have been stopped right there. It was so apparent he was not stable. We felt very unsafe. I would never stay here again !! Emailed the hotel directly about these issues 2 days ago and no reply !

The staff was amazing and accommodating. We were in town unexpectedly due to family emergency and the staff were kind, incredibly helpful and the ammenities were appreciated so we could focus on our loved one. Highly recommend and if back in the area will definitely stay here again. Our pup was allowed with a minimal fee.

The tub/shower shows its age. Chips in tub and faucet handle “gerry rigged.” It works but confusing at first.
Bed near window sagged towards the middle.
Otherwise hotel is beautiful and staff was very helpful and friendly.

I did enjoy my stay here, the property is very clean and organized, the staffs, breakfast service was excellent. I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very clean, pool was ok-smaller, breakfast was good, and check out easy. Bed was a little too hard for my liking. I’m used to something a bit softer. Would recommend staying here.

the best part of the stay was a very good night sleep. The room was quiet and stayed at the same temperature all night. Beds were comfortable.

The motel is fine. The employees were nice. The pool area is ok, nothing fancy. Breakfast is decent. The doors for the bathroom are a little different they slide back and forth from the closet, meaning that either your closet is closed or the bathroom is (soundproofing isn't exactly ideal). This is a good motel for the money.

Room wasn't properly clean, and on final night of stay ran out of toilet paper & needed more towels but was not able to get ahold of any staff at night time. Called multiple times and went down multiple times, there was no one to be found.

The overall stay was good. My girlfriend and I have stayed here many times and like the hotel but there is a lack of storage in the rooms and our room didn’t come with an extra blanket, which isn’t great when it’s very cold out. I would recommend the hotel for short stays, like for business use and not for long stays or for families looking for a lot of amenities. The breakfast service is good and I enjoyed using their gym. It’s a nice hotel overall.

We didn't like the shampoo/conditioner. We were afraid to use it because it's refillable. Anyone could pur something in there.

The walls are too thin you can hear toilet flushing from the above rooms, hear walking and the next door TV. We were there for 2 nights and there were not always a staff bybthe front desk. They seem to like hiding in the back room behind the reception desk. During checkout they place a plastic container in the front desk with the sign check out key drop off. I was also charged double. When I had already paid my full stay before arriving. I contacted the hotel, asked why i was charged again? I was placed on hold fir 6 minute and was informed they will reverse the charge and for me to give it a week if it does not appear on my statement to contact them again. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel was not full but they refused to switch our rooms to be on the same floor to be next to each other or even on the same floor. They sometimes dont stock up on essentials.

I’ve stayed here before and had a clean room. However on my second stay the room smelled like urine. I asked to be placed in a different room as I had runny nose for the first day but was told they couldn’t accommodate. I didn’t realize it was open to pets. They should deep clean the carpet more frequently. It was disgusting.
