The staff was really friendly. The room smelled really bad. We had to wash everything in our suitcase because of the smell. Otherwise everything was ok.

The elevator was broken for a few hours but other than that it was fine. The breakfast was nice and they didn’t run out of items.

The breakfast was terrible. They had cereal but no milk to eat it with or drink. They had sausage patties and burned bacon but no eggs. They had only 2 muffins, stale bagels and bread for toast. They had only oranges for fruit. It was very disappointing.

check in was 300 pm. We arrived at 305pm. The person at the desk asked if I was there to check in. We were then ignored until after 330pm. Apparently, the property was still being cleaned. If we had been told this, it would have been much easier than being ignored. Also, the bill was over the price quoted. Sorry this had to happen.

Everything was fine minus the ac/temp not working in the room. Only seemed to half work. Maintenance even came and checked it said to only worked on high but didn’t really then every. Toilet was wobbling not secure. Breakfast second morning when I came down there was hardly any food few eggs and no anything else

It was not made clear in anywhere on hotel or Expedia website. Poor security at the front desk which allowed a very drunk or otherwise impaired man to jump into our elevator which was very scary. He obviously walked right by the front desk staff and should have been stopped right there. It was so apparent he was not stable. We felt very unsafe. I would never stay here again !! Emailed the hotel directly about these issues 2 days ago and no reply !

The staff was amazing and accommodating. We were in town unexpectedly due to family emergency and the staff were kind, incredibly helpful and the ammenities were appreciated so we could focus on our loved one. Highly recommend and if back in the area will definitely stay here again. Our pup was allowed with a minimal fee.

The sliding door to the bathroom has no way to lock it. Install a lock would help when there are more than one guests staying in the room.

I really liked the large desk in the room as I’m artistic and it’s a great sized desk for doing art on.
