every thing was great except the late dining room service the food wasn't good

I really enjoyed the location, available boat rides, and the food at the restaurant. I liked my room, but it had a mildewy smell. It was not very strong, but it was immediately noticeable upon entering the room.

Every thing was perfect the bed was comfortable nice and clean bathroom

Laundry service lost one of my stuff.

Sufyan the manager thanks for your care althoguth i faced different matter during my stay vut all resolved by him So thanks i rate it high becasue of you I just recommend breakfast to be changed day to day not to be same all time during full week Also jakuzi suppose to be provided for men and bot just women Also i would recommend if swimming pool temrature be warm and get opeend allc time not till 5 pm which is very early

Breakfast was excellent.

The room was very dirty, not dusted and the floor had coffee stains which were not cleaned. The washroom glass had stains which we’re visibly not cleaned. Generally the room was Dirty!

a great hotel with friendly staff

Everything was perfect but what was upsetting & disappointing me & my wife was the adults swimming pool because it was closed for maintenance and we weren’t notified about it when we booked our room. I suggest next time you should notify your customers or at least give them a big discount so they decide either they book a room with your hotel or find another one with same starts rate that has no maintenance in such an important area.

Found a cockroach in the room, which was very unusual for the caliber of this property. Also, there was no cold water in the shower, only super hot, however, bathtub water faucet and sink faucet had both cold water. Ended up taking bath instead of shower. The rest of the services and staff attention were excellent.

I was excited to stay at this property and unwind but was quickly troubled with unexpected issues. In my mind, for the price you pay to stay at this property these were really disappointing. When I first tried to check in they couldn’t find my check in information and asked me to wait while they figure it out for about an hour. When they finally gave up I was approached and asked to call Hotels.com. Big shoutout to Hotels.com for smoothly and pleasantly helping me confirm all my information was there the whole time. They quickly called the property and within two minutes I was able to check in. When we finally got to our room I was ready to move past this “1 off” experience but was soon inconvenienced by the TV and WiFi not working in my room. After informing reception desk they couldn’t do anything about it. These are basic expectations from a property like this one. While beautiful, the service and experience was subpar

The bathroom Curtains was dirty, the staff damaged my car first they told me it will be fixed, and then the manager came and said it not his fault and the hotel are not responsible on any damage

This is a dry hotel, no alcohol provided. The facility is outstanding, comfortable and clean. The hotel lacks hospitality basics, you will find it difficult to check in, park, find your room and so forth. They have a lot to work on.

Lively room and gorgeous view. Problem nowadays is that there are no drinks or anything to eat.

The hotel is beyond amazing, Very clean, comfortable, and staff were very helpful and professional. The view from the hotel room is great! I would recommend everyone who wants to visit Manama to stay at it.
