This was our 2nd stay in Moxy. Always a pleasure staying here. Comfortable and local to everything.

Good Hotel near airport, great multicultural area, great dishes available at local restaurants, tesco grocery store next door, parking expensive.

Moxy has had its good days...starting show its age, needs good maintenance which is not there, rooms are starting show tiredness and lack of attention to detail. Room cleaners also need to pay attention to detail.

The foxy moxy always a good atmosphere hotel, but very noisy with the aircraft pathway for landing extremely nearby and in view.

Lovely hotel, but checkin staff was dreadful. Literally was so abrupt, didn’t give me any details I had to ask where things were. So unnecessary when customer facing

Tha main floor was not very clean. The room was clean except they had left the previous guest dirty bedding. I let them know right away at the front desk and no-one responded. Told them again as I checked out and everyone acted surprised.

Fantastic hotel.....Staff are are on top level of service.

This place felt like it was trying to be a hip boutique hotel on a cheap budget. The lobby/bar/reception/restaurant area (all one) had very loud foreign club music playing. (I can't believe this is part of Marriott.) The dinner choices were reheated packaged food, or Boboli premade type crust with microwaved toppings for a pizza. Most of the tables not wiped down and all of them were dirty with crumbs and spills. The room had a 'pop art' mural that I wouldn't think is appropriate for young children, as it had very suggestive aspects to it.

Great accommodations if you want to stay at a modern facility with convenient transportation to the airport. Weren't around long enough see if there was much around.

The hotel was nice and what I expected from the most and a bit more. Nice upbeat family environment and very close to the airport.

Hotel location is very convenient if you have to stay overnight for a transit flight through London Heathrow. I wish I could have stayed longer to rest :) Very comfortable bed and pillows, very clean and offer complete breakfast. Very accommodating and nice people at the hotel.

Friendly staffs, room itself is good and big except the shower curtain totally useless. No power electricity suddenly in the morning time, lucky that can fix within 30 mins.

This is my favorite Heathrow over night stay option. Clean and comfortable. Great team and managers

Good hotel , sort of not very safe neighborhood

Would stay again. Family room ideal for 4 of us. Great location. Breakfast was ok - did the job before our flight. Plenty of parking spaces when we arrived late afternoon.

Fairly close to Heathrow but there is no free shuttle so plan to use the Hotel Hoppa or London transport buses. Staff were surly and dismissive

This is an airport hotel and its a good hotel for a 1 night stay if you have an early flight, outside upon and down the road are many hotels but its not a nice area and its noisy due to being located near Heathrow with planes flying over all the time. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean, there is a long bar area and you can hang out, food is limited.

My family and I had a disappointing experience during our recent stay. We encountered some issues upon arrival despite booking two rooms through Guest Reservations. Although one room was supposed to have a queen bed and the other a queen bed with a sofa bed, the second room only had a queen bed. When I brought this to the receptionist's attention, I was met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. Despite showing the email confirming our reservation for a sofa bed and a queen bed, we received no assistance or hospitality. After a 12-hour flight, this was challenging for us. We were hoping for a resolution and better hospitality, but unfortunately, we did not receive it. This experience has disappointed us, and we won't be returning to this establishment in the future.

Its a unique place, trendy and upbeat. Easy for transport, close to the airport.

Sound isolation windows not thick enough, we could still hear the passing planes (other hotels do it better). The room was pretty dirty. Lots of dust, the area around the espresso machine was disgusting, mould and a couple of tiny insects crawling. The bathroom was clean though. Staff at desk was friendly and efficient. Breakfast edible, nothing special about it but sufficient. Next time in Heathrow we will look at a different place I’m afraid.

I really enjoyed the vibe and hospitality of Moxy. It was also very convenient location, it has a bust stop in front of it and very close to shops as well.

Loved: Yhe games area alongside dining - makes it easy to have young kids there. Loved the dog food fridge, 24hr snacks/drinks selection (but PLEASE put some fresh fruit there.... only selling processed food is not great guys), Easy parking, The large family room, The quietness in the tooms. Didn't love so much: The lack of forks at the food order pickup zone for over an hour at dinner time (I asked but gave up waiting and found others in the buffet area), No salt in the condiments area, Lack of bowls at breakfast time, the Expensive parking (you're missing an opportunity here to stand out from the other Heathrow airport hotels: I know £12.50 per day is common in hotels, but guests perceive it as a common rip-off - there is no way that's a reasonable mark-up on what must be negligble running costs and consumers have a nose for that kind of rip-off), Lack of fresh fruit in snacks area.

Very busy in and out but the bathroom and bed were okay. Great for a quick crash
