Great stay

This is now always my first choice hotel for my trips from Heathrow. Staff are always very welcoming and helpful - other hotel chain staff should perhaps visit and learn a thing or two about customer service. A credit to themselves and Moxy.

Ok for a quick o/n before an early flight from T5. Only one issue - heating didn’t work so room was a bit cold.

Fun, pet-friendly hotel. If you're a plane nut, ask for a room with a view of a Heathrow runway. Great breakfast included, comfortable bed. huge TV. Perfect spot to rest up before or after a transatlantic flight!

Decent for an airport hotel. Pretty new and clean. But location for exploring London is bad and the food is terrible.

The hotel itself was great, and in a prime location to Heathrow. My only reservation was some of the staff. While some were amazing and really made my stay, others seemed disengaged, and on the morning I needed to catch my flight, breakfast was almost 30 minutes late (making me later than I really wanted). Overall good for the price though, and I'd like to think this was a one-off and not business as usual.

Absolutely lovely hotel with everything i needed for an overnight stay

Basic travel hotel. This is the first property for me where there is no phone in the room to even connect to the reception. You could see dust on all the side tables. Over all just a very basic hotel for a night stay before the flight.

This was our 2nd stay in Moxy. Always a pleasure staying here. Comfortable and local to everything.

Moxy is good chain but this particular hotel has started to age and is showing with lack of professional maintenance.

The foxy moxy always a good atmosphere hotel, but very noisy with the aircraft pathway for landing extremely nearby and in view.

Good Hotel near airport, great multicultural area, great dishes available at local restaurants, tesco grocery store next door, parking expensive.

Moxy has had its good days...starting show its age, needs good maintenance which is not there, rooms are starting show tiredness and lack of attention to detail. Room cleaners also need to pay attention to detail.

Lovely hotel, but checkin staff was dreadful. Literally was so abrupt, didn’t give me any details I had to ask where things were. So unnecessary when customer facing

Tha main floor was not very clean. The room was clean except they had left the previous guest dirty bedding. I let them know right away at the front desk and no-one responded. Told them again as I checked out and everyone acted surprised.

This place felt like it was trying to be a hip boutique hotel on a cheap budget. The lobby/bar/reception/restaurant area (all one) had very loud foreign club music playing. (I can't believe this is part of Marriott.) The dinner choices were reheated packaged food, or Boboli premade type crust with microwaved toppings for a pizza. Most of the tables not wiped down and all of them were dirty with crumbs and spills. The room had a 'pop art' mural that I wouldn't think is appropriate for young children, as it had very suggestive aspects to it.

I had just come from another MOXY which was in tip top shape so the conditions here surprised me. The bathroom needed a serious cleaning. Overall, it is an airport hotel and quick taxi or bus ride to Heathrow. It just felt like it needed a good cleaning.

Close to airport

Clean and quick access to Heathrow airport.

Great location next to the airport terminals 2&3. Perfect for a quick stay or layover. The bus is right out front and can take you to the airport or to the train to London center. Very easy!

So many of us with multiple flights canceled due to weather. They jumped in and got every one settled quickly in a room with no more added stress. Very helpful!

Very modern hotel and really quiet in the room. The room and shower room was quite small. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff overall good but gave incorrect breakfast times

Style was contemporary and fun. Room was clean. Unfortunate if u have a late flight in, food service is very limited.

We always stay at the Moxy when traveling through London. Great staff that is super accommodating & good takeout options for dinner in the area
