Very well located if you are looking for a place near the city center, close to restaurants and shops (grocery store right next door), but if your appartement is facing the street, it might quite noisy. Loved the fact that you can leave you luggage in their office before check-in and after check out. Everyone was very pleasant

Amazing location! Right in the middle of the streets of bath city centre. Such a perfect stay, they had the sofa bed ready for us and very clean! Easy check in and check out.

I think it could do with a lift as carrying suitcases upstairs can be dangerous for some. The overall tidiness and sanity was very good along with the area it is in! I had a great time and loved having a rotating TV!

Sound proofing not really preventing noise. At night time it was very noisy. Cleanliness is ok. Staff very accomodating. Problem with check in but staff came in few minutes to assist.

The location is amazing and the apartment was perfectly prepared for us, with just the right space, amenities and arrangements to make our stay relaxed and enjoyable. I can highly recommend

We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was modern, clean and beautifully decorated with everything that we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for exploring Bath.

Excellent property

The property was lovely. It would have been ideal to have one bedroom separate from the open plan area to settle the kids to sleep. In the night 2. to 3. April there were ear splitting roadworks going on past midnight. Not your fault but would appreciate if you feedback to council that it was hopefully emergency works or else ridiculously inconsiderate.

Lovely modern and very clean apartment, woth good amenities. Right in the centre of Bath, as a result, being above a bus station and busy street, it was very noisy at night. We stayed as a family for 4, worth noting that it is all open plan, so not that suitable for 2 children and 2 adults as had to be quiet/keep the lights off once they had gone to sleep. Sectioning off the bed area would have helped.

Apartment was spacious and clean and in a good location however the shower did not work, the water basically trickled out it was not fit for purpose. When we raised it with house keeping they said the problem has been raised the week before but nothing had been done about it. He also said he would report it to the manager and get back to us but we have heard nothing since.

Apartment was clean and comfortable and location amazing. Unfortunately we had a top floor appartment so the water pressure was barely enough to shower and the bathroom smelt of sewage. But overall it was a good stay

These apartments are really lovely and suited our needs perfectly. My friend was getting married and we were in opposite rooms so was very convenient. The check in process was easy and I paid a little extra for a late check out which was very welcome. The staff were very helpful and looked after our luggage for us while we went shopping. There were a few niggles but not enough to be a problem for us but might be for other people. Pros: Spacious apartment reasonably priced Well equiped and modern Lovely bathroom with amazing Cowshed products Great kitchenette Cons: The location wasn't the best. There was a bus stop right outside so could be difficult getting in and out of the building. Also, seemed to be where a few homeless guys congregated. The entrance to the shower is pretty narrow. If you're a little on the large side, I think you'd strugle to get in and out as the glass is fixed with a narrow opening. The water pressure (although probably outside their control) was awful. Just a trickle to brush teeth and I could never have washed my hair in the shower. Room wasn't ready quite on time which was frustrating trying to get ready for a wedding. There's no lift which is understandable but might be a problem for others.

The space is lovely but noisy. The building is near a number of pubs, which means weekend evenings are extraordinarily loud with broken glass sounds and drunk people shouting. There also a long distance bus stop outside so you hear the diesel rumblings of buses coming and going late into the night. Then we were awoken every day in the early a.m. hours to rolling trash carts, power washers and other happenings of the businesses below. Plus throughout the night, we could hear neighboring guests arrive to their room. While the bedding, towels, and dishes were clean, the floor was not. All of our white socks are now dirty and unlikely to return to white. It honestly felt gross walking around. The building also isn't as secure as you'd hope. The door to the street is very slow to close so if you don't intentionally close it, there's an opportunity for others to gain access to the building. All in all, we would not stay here again.

Location was very central, however the local homeless persons were often sitting right outside the door. Odd thing about the bathroom…, the toilet was way too high!

Two nights in Bath. This was part of a 3 week stay in England and Wales. Really loved the room. Really hated the 3 flights of stairs to get there! Don't remember seeing that particular piece of information in the booking details. Other than that it was very well appointed. A full kitchen, nice bathroom and comfortable beds were appreciated.

Great location and very clean

Property is located less than 10min walking distance from train station and is right in the middle of the city center. Great location. Room was very spacious and comfortable and property management, Sarah, was very easy to get in touch with for any assistance. Just two small things that made this a 9/10 instead of a 10/10. 1) no streaming apps available on the TV, was pretty bummed about that. 2) the towels were very linty, when I would apply lotion after showering all the lint from the towels would ball up which was a bit of a nuisance. Overall, I would highly recommend this space if you’re looking to stay in Bath.

Excellent location in the centre of the City of Bath , almost hidden entrance . Extremely clean and well presented apartment. Tidy format . Comfortable to relax in.

Modern and comfortable stay, picked an apartment as there for a few days and was a better option than the chain hotels, allowing me to cook what I wanted and relax during the stay.

Excellent position. Close to everything you need and want to see. Local musical talent is so good. Especially the young guy playing the trumpet in the square.

Very well located apartment. Checking in process quite complex as all online, but otherwise a good choice

The property itself is good, however, the payment policy is questionable in some sense. My credit card's initial charge was declined, but the second attempt, when you charged, went through after I contacted my card company. Later on I got your Expedia message saying the card payment didn't go through, so I agreed to cash on arrival, giving the important the second charge also failed. Later, my credit card company confirmed the successful transaction, and I received an email receipt from your company. I checked with Expedia and my card company – both said cash wasn't necessary. Based on this, I believed the reservation was settled. However, on arrival, your receptionist demanded cash. Despite her friendly manner, I was puzzled due to the confirmed card transaction. While I understand the refund process, asking international travelers to carry cash is extremely inconvenient. Interestingly, I found three similar reviews on Expedia; all of them seem to have Asian names like mine, and they all faced payment issues. Not making allegations, but it's a clear trend. I've used US credit cards book through all my trip on Expedia without issues. Four Asian travelers, including myself, facing cash requests due to your policy raises concerns. Just a friendly suggestion, please reconsider for the sake of future clients' convenience.

Lovely stay. Close to the city centre

Communication was terrible. My credit card changed from when I originally booked vs check-in, because it was stolen, and they required me to go physically go into their office to pay in cash during working hours to 6pm. There was no on-site person at the location. I was unable to make it until 7pm and asked to provide a new card, I was declined, then my reservation was cancelled. I called and they rebooked giving me a credit card option to pay in full. Check in was after 3pm and I was given the checkin in details at 6:19. The details for the front door required the code and me to press “enter”, there was literally NO “ENTER” button. When someone leaving opened the door for me, the check in kiosk requires a confirmation code or QR, both were NOT provided. I had to call them, now after hours and was transferred to someone who gave me my confirmation via email. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. Communication was terrible every step of the way. Although the apartment and stay was comfortable, the check in process was bad enough that I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, ever.

Great property - maybe a little noisy
