Our company has an office in the Crossroads area. This is my go to hotel. It’s the perfect business hotel. I love checking in and out on the Hilton app. Easy and fast. Room are a nice size with lots of options and the ability to store and prepare meals.

Rooms were clean and laid out very nicely. Great place for long-term travelers with the kitchenette, laundry facilities and living room space. The breakfast was really good. The snacks and incidentals available at the front desk were of a nice variety.
Only negative was the pool was small, but I didn’t use it anyway.

Nice place the interior was quiet and it is close to transit to the event we came to. Parking was convenient though you had to pay but a guaranteed spot not in the street.

Didn't like that the door to the bathroom slides open and shut, the lock kept malfunctioning to the point that we didn't shut all the way. Nothing like getting stuck in the bathroom at 2 in the morning

Nice, large room, which was sparkling clean, including the kitchen & bathroom. Bathroom door lock was odd but worked fine. Great location for access to Union Station, WWI Museum, and streetcar, which gives easy access to the rest of downtown. Parking was convenient, and it felt safe to walk around the neighborhood.

We got locked in the bathroom and couldn't get out. Had to call front desk for help. The locking mechanism was outdated.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a perfect location for walking or riding the street car. I will say the pool was surprisingly small and cold. There is also considerable street noise.

I really enjoyed the size and amenities in our room! Large refrigerator, plenty of room to lay out our clothes, electronics, makeup, etc. the shower was good, good water pressure; quick to have warm water. There was a microwave, very nice dishes and even a dishwasher with the powder to use it. The only gripe was there was some maintenance needed around the door frame of the bathroom. And the pool is small and freezing. But the breakfast was great and changed some daily. And the guys who worked the desk were so friendly and helpful! I’d stay there again!

I especially like that it is environmentally friendly. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful as was the maintenance staff. I had an issue with the bathroom sliding door getting stuck to where it locked itself when closed from inside the bathroom. Fortunately I found a way to pick the locking mechanism with a scissors and was able to get out. Maintenance came and fixed it.

I really enjoyed the stay it was central to a lot of places in the area. There could be a clearer path to the entrance. The noise from the street on Saturday night was a bit loud late at night.
