Everything in the home was nice. The only thing that could have been better is if televisions were in each bedroom. Only 1 of the 3 bedrooms had a television and there was 1 television in the living room. I also didn’t like that there weren’t any clear check out procedures. No one responded to any of my texts before 10a to answer my questions about the check out procedure and I didn’t get a final receipt. To me this just leaves so many loopholes in the customer’s experience. Also check in is at 4p but check out us at 10a, that’s not a full stay. I think the check-in or check out hours should be adjusted.

Absolutely loved the place every thing about it was amazing with the exeption of the ownrrs ahd thr onsite management. They lied n made promises they never intended to keep n knew they were wrong so afyer i checked out he lied to hostevia and said that i broke a bed. I was nevrr contacted about this nor was my deposit taken but somehow banded from renting from hosteva

The stay was great!! Family Trip!! We were able to check in a couple of hours early which was a plus, due to driving 11 hours to get her. Everything was nice and clean. The location was great!! But the one remote works for living room and master bedroom, so we had to share the one, plus it was missing a back to the batteries. But all and all a wonderful stay! We’ll return again!

Loved the design, Netflix was awesome. I really wish that couch was coming with me lol it was very relaxing. Loved the gated property, it was like a small village feel of sorts. Very clean, very well kept, five . Considering coming back in the future.

Family was in NOLA to celebrate a few birthdays. These were terrific accommodations for the size of traveling party. Location was perfect for accessing all locations in town. Place was clean and well stocked with everyday supplies. Issues in previous posts seemed to be addressed, at least in my unit. Will definitely stay again if a larger party and more than 3 nights.

Wonderful Time

I thought this was a great spot, the condo was clean and loved the washer drier in unit. There was a small pool and a courtyard that were appealing but we didn’t get to use. I have no complaints!

Get place to stay. Very clean. A very quiet area. Will rent again in the future!

The location was great, the area was secure, the pool (almost private), spacious bedrooms, clean kitchen and bathrooms

Time to limited. Late check in at 4pm and have to be out by 10am or charge another day. Barely time to get up, have coffee and pack up.

Overall the house wasn't welcoming. The walls were bare. There could have been local artist artwork up. There wasn't enough comfortable seating. The house rules were alittle extreme. The kitchen wasn't stocked well enough to cooked in. The hot water heater couldn't keep up with only 4 people showering back to back.

I was not given the code to enter the property up confirmation email but only after I called!!! The property overall was really nice and a great location my only issue was the original booking I made was for a bigger unit and the unit that was given to me I was not really pleased with! I wasn’t happy with it but I made the best of it and ended up still having a great time I just would like for Hosteeva going forward to have clear breakdowns of their prices with no hidden fees and to try accommodate what their guest actually book

Overall it was a really nice place to stay at and I will come back soon.

Great for a getaway inside the city. Except for the washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee pot being broken and not working, everything else was great.

For the price, this place was amazing. Great location, tons of space, clean, and check-in was a breeze. I'll definitely recommend this place to all colleagues in the future and book for any future trips myself.

This home was located in a perfect location with free street parking. Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this place.

The walls were paper thin and there was a small amount of sand/dirt in between the bed sheets. My number one complaint was the fees. READ Carefully the small print. Advertised rates were $91 but there was a $116 cleaning fee. Kind of ridiculous if you're only staying one day. We literally stayed in the room from 2am to 930am. Wouldn't do an overnigbt there again. Maybe a weekend. Otherwise it was a pretty nice place.

This is a complex of converted condominiums available for short-term rental by Hosteeva. The location is great, about a block away from the St. Charles Streetcar line and close to everything. The complex is well lit at night and maintained clean inside the rooms are spacious and have kitchens and laundry. Great for groups of families or friends staying together.

However, communication with the owners was through a service in California and we were not given all of the codes we needed to access the condo/facilities and had to make several calls during our 1-night stay. Additionally, several of the lights were burnt out, the shower did not drain properly and there was garbage floating in the pool. The insulation must have been non-existant, as we could hear everything from all adjecent neighbors which kept us up most of the night. To make matters worse, after booking, we were suprised with a quickly inflating rate and ended up spending much more than expected and could not cancel. The condo had no booklet with information about the area, code for the pool, check-out instructions, television information, etc. We had chosen to book a non-hotel location to add a touch of character to our trip, however this place had been stipped of all character and charm, with not even the personal touches we have come to expect from hotels. Needless to say, we will not be revisiting.

The first day my grandmother sat on one of the stools at the kitchen table and the stool completely broke and sent her falling to the floor. The living room has only a futon to sit on that was beyond uncomfortable. The beds were not very comfortable either. Our fridge was super loud while running. The other people staying there were very loud into the early hours of the morning and you could hear absolutely everything. People were peeing in the courtyard. It was St. Patrick’s Day weekend but I did not feel this excused everything. The location was awesome but i wish the experience would have been the same.

Great place, very new, very comfortable. It was more space than we needed and it was at a great price!

Clean, spacious, Will stay here again! Restaurants are just one black away. Street car to French quarter is 2 blocks away.
