First I would like to commend Joven and Desiree for making sure our needs during our stay are met. They went over and beyond my expectations. They were very patient and listened to our concerns. The housekeeping cleaned the room everyday. Kudos to them for doing a good job. Thanks too to the security. Overall our stay had been excellent.

Nars, Joven, and Desiree - the dream team for hospitality. Any question I had, anything I needed they responded immediately. They were always warm and friendly in all our interactions. I ended up staying there much longer and have had a really lovely time. The location is great right in front of Legazpi Park with tons of restaurants. There’s a restaurant, a bakery, and two small grocery stores downstairs. Easily one of the best values in Makati. I’ll be coming back here next time I visit.

This place is wonderful. Rooms are huge and reasonably priced, it's clean except for the bathroom smell which probably from the cleaning solution that they used which was fixed right away by Joven whose the one who took care of us during our stay. Communication is very effective, staffs are so nice and friendly. Overall, place was excellent and I will for sure use it agajn in the future. Lastly food from attached restaurant Nono's are delicious.

There is really no “front desk” to attend to guest needs; there is a property manager with limited accessibility; corridors are poorly maintained; room has a closet but no storage drawers; don’t expect hotel-like amenities

Everything was good except the air conditioning. It could not cope with the conditions even though it was not as hot as it could get in Manila in March.

Fantastic experience with our 14month old! The location was great and we were really impressed with the free in room cot (which was already set-up when we arrived). Javen was so helpful. He even arranged for the hotel restaurant to do room service for us, since got in late and needed to put the baby to bed. The hotel is opposite a park with an awesome playground and is easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again!
Please note that hotel only takes cash for the deposit, (which was a small amount and we got back when we checked out).
The apartment looked newly renovated and kitchen and bathroom were like the pictures. The tv had Netflix and the mini bar was free.

It was amazing. Joven and Desiree were very professional and helpful. Made everything easy from airport transfers check in everyday requests. Housekeeping was excellent. Perfect location close to everything in Makati.

our stay was nothing but pure pleasure! Our family enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed the pool. Hopefully they get to have a heated pool since it was real cold when the kids used it.

I had surgery done on my feet while in Manila....they accommodated me in every way. The staff was excellent! Will stay here again.

The minute we entered the property our experience was positive. The check-in was very fast and Dhes our main contact person was wonderful. Every request we had were immediately acknowledge and attended too in a very and I mean very very short time. They have a very good support team that work well with each other.
The property sits in the heart of Makati central district and close to the best malls in the area (Greenbelt, LandMark, Glorieta, Rustans and SM city. There is also a Sunday market across the property and a park across the street. A supermarket is 5 minute walk away.
I highly recommend that you stay with them.

We loved it. I was surprised at a cash deposit but ok. Everything worked had hot water and proper a/c. Everything was clean and tidy. Free amenities in the room as well. (Chips and snacks) we really enjoyed the pool.

The check in process was a breeze and the host Joven did a great job welcoming our family and made sure we were comfortable and settled in. He even personally parked our car in the garage. Loved that loft with the city view and was newly renovated. I’ll surely stay there again when in Makati. Kudos to Joven and staff.

I booked this one for my daughters birthday and she showed me everything on video. Everything looked really nice, neat and clean. She were so much happy there which is very important to me and that we decided to book another day. Also they prepared decoration and a cake for her birthday. Definitely will book again whenever we need it. Highly recommended!

The unit was beautiful and clean. The plugs for the water kettle and microwave does not fit to the outlet and there was no adapter for it. They have a stove so we use that to heat water and coffee and we were only there for 1 night so its not a big issue

The location was super convenient, with just a short stroll to Greenbelt Mall. Very clean and tidy with all staff very friendly and as helpful as they could be. There was an issue with the aircon, but was soon rectified with out any hassles. Would stay again and highly recommend :)

Wonderful stay. Roomy, clean, comfortable. Pool was chilly, but fun. Kids were amazed at our loft room. Only bummer was pool was closed on Mondays, our check out day, for cleaning.

The room itself is very clean and comfortable but they should have a separate reception desk for the KL X because there was a confusion when I we checked in the reception desk cannot find my name there are two Managemt.

I love the unit where we stayed - not just with kitchen/dining but likewise, with a loft! I love the “butler style” service. It’s a white glove service! It’s very personalized! Kudos to the team! I will stay with them again!

I was pleasantly surprised with the place. Our unit is clean, new & very modern. Joven, one of the staff, is super helpful. They provide full service like a hotel. I called for blanket at almost midnight & it came right away.
And of course, the location- close to Greenbelt, hence close to all retail you can think of as well as restaurants.
Highly recommended! Wish we stayed longer.
Would definitely stay there again when we go back to Manila.

We loved the loft unit we booked at KL. Management was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We only wish we were able to stay longer. We will definitely choose to stay there next time.
