Great customer service. Spacious, clean room.

Our stay was nice, staff was excellent and the room clean. While it looked relatively new the interiors seemed a little slapdashed (card reader to the pool and revolving door didn’t work, wall mounted accessories were pulling off the wall from poor install). We booked a room for 5 but didn’t get extra linens until we requested, not a huge deal but for the price a little annoying. We really appreciated the valet parking.

This hotel is top notch and they cost good dollars for that kind of money you think you would get excellent service. The beds were terrible. They were hard and no one gave a damn I will not be staying here and Hilton ever again.

I booked this because of the high reviews but I cannot agree with those. Not that anything was bad it was just not a particular as a lot of other reviewers were mentioning. For instance the carpets appear stained, the mattress was pulling me to the center, the fitted sheet didn't stay on the mattress.I approached the front desk three times to get a stove top fan to turn off, it was still running when we left.

Room was spacious and very clean.

Every thing is excellent except the carpet has some smell for those who have allergy.

I travel often and this is by far one of my new favorite hotels. So accommodating, extremely clean, and had everything I needed/wanted right there. I would stay here in again in a heart beat.

We stayed in the Homewood Suites for a night, and the room was fabulous, it was clean,it was very big and ot even came with a kitchen, the only thing I didn't like about our suite was the very little about of towels, it gave us 3 towels and we were a family of 6. We will definitely be back when we are around New York or New Jersey. Thanks!

Our stay was amazing ! Conveniently located near NYC! Very courteous staff! We loved all of the great convenience it provides with the garage being located in the hotel. We loved the relaxing verandas they have! Great workout room ! Very good breakfast!

Everything was good and great service.

Best place I stayed at in New Jersey. Everyone was so nice and understandable. Always greeted with a smile. Valet service was perfect. Room is spacious, clean and have everything you will need. Very impressed and I will make sure to stay in this place when I get back to New Jersey.

Room cleanliness needs to be improved, the bed covers had a funny smell, and the A/C unit was not cooling: they didn’t have on property someone to check it. The bed mattress was very soft and could already feel some coils.

The hotel is amazing at all. Just the woman in the front desk was not so good 😕. She took almost 30 minutes to find my reservation and also told me that I haven't paid for it. But, again, the hotel is Amazing

Rooms and Lounge areas were very clean. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Would certainly consider another stay here in the future.

I liked everything about this hotel except the disgusting sewage smell all the time in my room No:1400 . if this issue did not exist I would give 5 star review.

The hotel smelled wonderful when you walked in. It was a little odd with it being 2 different hotels in one place. You have to use your card to get into the garage to park, which is a very short distance from the entrance. There are elevators from the parking lot to get into the building, which you also need your room key card for as well. The room was spacious and had plenty of room for our family. I am a bit more cautious since Covid and disinfect everything when I arrive. The main areas were definitely clean, but the remotes were gross with dried up stuff on, the doors had what was either blood or ketchup on it, and one of the fridge shelves were not clean at all. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great with a good variety. The breakfast area where the food is kept is quite small and gets crowded quickly. There is plenty of seating to seat and eat, but we brought ours up to our room to eat. The pool was a descent size, it’s on the Hampton Inn side of the building but is used by both hotels. The hotel was very quiet, which was nice. The beds were comfortable. There is not much at all around the immediate area. There is a Starbucks within walking distance. Most everything is a drive. It’s about a 10 min drive to get to the American Dream mall. Overall, it is a nice hotel.

Pros: Staff were welcoming and friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. It was about 10 minutes from American Dream which is where me and my family spent the day making this hotel convenient. Room was clean and it was quiet. Wish the breakfast buffet had more options, it was very limited. I booked through a 3rd party and booked a one bedroom suite paying more for that option but at the hotel I was put in a studio. Not a big deal if I didn't have to pay more, but I did.

Very good place to stay and very kids friendly. Staff are very helpful.

The best experience I ever had with Homewood suites hotel chains. The staffs are very nice and professional. When I tell them my concern regarding the freezing water temperature of their indoor swimming pool, they didn’t just say they’re going to send someone to check, but they DID actually send someone to check and fix it right away. I really really appreciate that. Their breakfast variety is very awesome, which really surprise me. The room itself is also very clean and maintained. Everything is perfect and I’ll be sure to come back here again next time I’m in town. Thank you Homewood Suites by Hilton Teaneck Glenpointe!
