Food was okay nothing spectacular I tried to stay longer they wouldn’t extend me then I looked in line and seen I could extend hmmm maybe they don’t like money

This was my fourth or fifth time at this hotel. I love the location - in Patong but not IN Patong. Tuk tuks and taxis are close by to take you to the beach or shopping. They have an extensive breakfast buffet. Gym is small but has what you need. Would come back again for sure

The hotel was good but the room has multiple problems, when the first enter the light was’t working also the shower has a drain water problem and the door battery was’t working, we could not enter room until we call room service to solve the problem.

We got the room with a price jacuzzi, worth it. Good location for the price.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. The hotel is on several levels but they have buggies to take you up and down. There is plentiful of pools with several separate swim up bars Definitely worth a stay

Staff at the facility were excellent. If you don't want to be around the noise of the beach area, this is ideal location to be on the periphery .

We were not feeling welcome in this Hotel, reception staff at check in very arrogant. If you are requesting a deposit why is not mentioning in the website and all booking platforms?! No tasty food and very expensive.I will never come back and not recommend.

The staff were amazing, the cleanliness of the room was out of this world, we really enjoyed our stay here and wish all hotels were like this. If only it offered all inclusive service and halal food we would come back again

Its an average property... Rooms are small and had smell in rooms, but they have managed to lower it by having air cons. Privacy concerns as our stuff from locker was moved to other room without our consent... Luggage with shopping was given to taxi driver without our consent.

A good but not amazing hotel. I had booked a room with a walk in pool. The room was very good and had a modern feel. It wasn't the best of walk in swimming pools. The water was cold as the pool was in the shade all day. I had to request to move rooms because of noisy neighbours. No rooms with walk in pools were available, but I was upgraded to a suite. This was absolutely amazing with jacuzzi bath. Thanks very much to the reception staff. I used the pool at the front of the hotel which received full sun. This was great. Other people even though they had walk in pools also did this. There was a good choice at breakfast.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and they surprised us with a small cake, a lovely message and beautiful decoration of petals and a happy anniversary sign on the bed. They also upgraded our room to a poolside view. Staff very friendly and offered free shuttle to town and a cart to our room so we didn't have to walk. Bed and pillow was the most comfortable set I've ever slept on.

The property needs some maintenance in areas.

Great hotel for families with toddlers especially the kids pool was a great hit. The waterslide itself kept our son busy for hours. Staff were fantastic with the kids and offered our son free macaroons all the time. The hotel is opposite Kalim Bay/Beach which is not really worth going to. Kamala beach is much better to go to (much nicer than Patong beach) but is about 30 mins away by tuk tuk. Rooms service menu was quite basic even though there were 3-4 restaurant options. Not convinced this is a 5 star hotel in the conventional sense as it lacks the polish of 5 star hotels in Hong Kong, Paris or Singapore that I am use to. Minor irritating points relate to house keeping where there was a missing iron and guest flip flops which only came to light when we checked out and they asked us about the items to see if we had taken them. Hopefully they will not charge the bond for the missing items. There is a price list for everything to deter theft however as a guest you almost need to do your own inventory check (which is a long list!) otherwise at checkout they might claim you took the item.

Flew in right after Xmas and stayed through new years. Room was just right for the 3 of us and situated away from noise etc in building 8. Staff was friendly And accommodating and location was perfect just north of Patong Beach. The breakfast buffet was great! Something for everyone

Amazing property. Kind staff. So many conveniences and facilities. Pools everywhere. Immersed in nature very true to their name. Our only comment is for the guests! We saw a lot of rude entitled guests. Please be kind to the staff and respectful. They work very hard and deserve praise. Thank you Nature we will see you next time

Amazing location and wonderful hotel

They didn't change our towels, just folded the dirty ones everyday in our 6 nights stay.

The restaurant choices for lunch and dinner was very comprehensive. Also the meals were delicious and presentation was great.

When we first arrived we were placed in a room in building four. The sheets were soiled, The shower floor was dirty. but we called and discussed with the lobby and they moved us the next day

The price was good for this property. It was a little of ways from downtown Patong, but it was nice to have the quiet too.The breakfast was okay- and it worked for our days…I was happy that we did have choices. The staff were very nice! The room was clean, the bar tender “Best” was really nice and made good drinks! We had our own pool for our room and also were few steps away from the pool with a swim up bar. None of the elevators take you down so be prepared to walk. The bell service can pick you up but sometimes are busy so we walked a lot of the times. They did our laundry for us at a low cost too which was great! Overall I liked this property and we were happy with our stay!
