The location was great, and the apartment fit our multi-generational family of 7, grandparents through twin 7-year-olds. There is no living room or place to relax together, but we were on the go exploring Reykjavik, and just gathered around the large kitchen table to play games or do activities. The TVs are in the bedrooms, where we watched the Olympics one evening - it wasn't a big deal to hang out there.
The host greeted us and was so nice. It was also great that the apartment had dedicated parking, especially since we had 2 cars. We didn't have to find street parking. I would definitely stay there again! 3 large bedrooms (one bedroom with a queen and a single), two bathrooms/showers, very clean, and the location was great!! Close to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing - very walkable!

Very sweet, tasteful cottage in the heart of Reykjavik. Spacious and well-maintained, with dedicated parking. The proprietors were especially attentive and helpful. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Reykjavik.

This place was perfect for our first night in Iceland. We were lucky to be able to check in early. The parking worked for us and we enjoyed walking around town and to the marina area. Great place and super nice and communicative host!

Our family of 4 had a great stay! The property had great communication and accommodated our request for a crib very quickly. Their list of restaurants in the area was also very helpful. Would stay again!

Wow! What an incredible place to stay for our first visit to Iceland! I will absolutely stay here again! It is in the most perfect location…walkable to everything! The decor is clean and modern, yet perfectly cozy for when you come back from a cold hike and want to relax. The beds were comfortable with crisp, clean sheets. The bathrooms were spotless and spacious. I can’t say enough about this charming, beautiful place! Thank you for an incredible stay!

Beautiful and convenient, this apartment is in the heart of Reykjavik - a short walk from all the sites. 3 large bedrooms and two full baths / a rarity in Iceland! Fully equipped kitchen and a banquet table dining space make it perfect for a family or group. Parking is on site but if you are bringing a bigger vehicle, bring patience as well as the driveway and parking spots can be tight if the houses are full. We got super lucky and saw the aurora borealis right above the house!

This property is literally in the middle of it all! You simply cannot find a better location in Reykjavik, and the house is so charming and perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

Property was centrally located with plenty of stores and restaurants around. The instructions were clear and easy and the apartment was clean and well set up. Only 1 bathroom for 5 people but not a problem for the one night. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property! Had all the amenities, along with free parking in back. Outside noise was a little loud with people outside being boisterous, but it was a Saturday evening and theres a restaurant/bar right across the street. Wonderful apartment! Beautifully laid out with 3 bedrooms, separated dining room/kitchen, living room. Well stocked kitchen with cooking condiments. Will definitely be back!!

Nice and comfortable with fully equipment house, close to many tourists spot, many restaurants, bakery and grocery. 2bedrooms upstairs enough space for 4 and other bedroom on 1st floor.recommended.

We arrived on Nordic culture day on which the streets are closed to traffic and half of Iceland comes to Reykjavik. This was a great location from which to explore and had everything (short of perhaps soap) we needed. Great for family (we were 6).

Great location and excellent communication from the host. We absolutely loved Reykjavik and the proximity of the apartment to the downtown area. It is such a friendly, safe, walkable area with great restaurants and shops. We stayed in both the downstairs and upstairs apartments and preferred the upstairs as it seemed both larger & a bit quieter.

We stayed here our last night after turning in our Campervan. Because we didn’t have a car, the apartment was located close to the BEST shopping snd dining areas! My bed was super comfortable. The next day, management held my luggage while we spent the day in Reykjavik. And it was a short walk to the bus stop, which took us to the bus station and then transferred to the FlyBus, next to the airport. Highly recommend this place!!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is charming as the name suggests. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Very cozy and comfortable. It was right at the heart of the city with only minutes walk away from Hallgrimskirkja and the sun voyager.

Our stay was delayed, and the propert manager was great about communication about our expected arrival. We are so sad that our trip was cut short due to late arrival because of flight delays. This apartment was so cozy and relaxing and we hope to return soon!

Great place for our family of 5, including teenage sons ages 18, 16, and 13. Fantastic location with easy walking to all downtown attractions, restaurants, and stores. Apartment had full kitchen and 3 bedrooms, plus living room and balcony. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Great communication regarding check in. Very happy.
