Amazing stay!

No parking on premises dont be fooled by the property advertising parking available the nearest available parking is 15 minutes walking and a 40 euro per day. Other than this i can only say the Hotel is excellent i would stay here again if i dont have a car.

Staff was great. Very convenient location. No air conditioning in the public areas, lobby, dining area.

The hotel is located in the area that taxi can not enter then you have to walk with suitcases for 5 minutes to get to hotel. The hotel was hard to find as it is actually a bar, full of drunk people inside it. Very noisy hotel. There is no separate reception area as they share space with bar. In terms of cleaning this is the most awful hotel I have ever been to. Everyday we left the room in the morning around 9 am and returned around 3-4 pm and room was not clean. Everyday we complained and heard same excuses that they are understaffed. Their policy is to only clean rooms for new check in and are not worry about guests who stay. The staffs were unfriendly, rude and had attitude. This hotel is over rated and over priced and I do not recommend it at all.

Fabulous boutique hotel right on Wenceslas Square. Beautiful rooms, exceptional staff at reception. Brilliant, would highly recommend.

Nice boutique hotel in the center of Prague. Location can’t be better. Clean and good size room. Highly recommended.

Great location. Easily walkable to sights, restaurants, and shopping. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. A couple of the ladies at the breakfast buffet were rude though. Nice large modern rooms.

Nice, modern, conveniently located boutique hotel, very central. Lovely breakfast spread! They nicely organised an airport transfer at the last minute. Generally friendly staff. You can walk from.here to all the major sites very easily. We stayed for 4 days and I would stay again if in Prague.

Wonderful hotel- the room was specious and clean, breakfast had a wide selection. The only minor comment I have is that the music from the bar downstairs is very loud and it can be heard from the room early in the morning and at night.

We had a wonderful time. The team here is amazing (Ahmad and Orit), we had a problem with the shower and immediately got help. Breakfast is good and the location is great! Rooms are big and comfy

Very high standard. Nice and clean. Nice breakfast. Serviceminded staff. We came early the day we arrived and the hotel gave our family free breakfast. Free prosecco included in the breakfast;)

What a gem. A truly expeptional 4 days we had here. Location is amazing, you are literally in the middle of everything. The staff, all amazing! From being looked after so well at check in, offered so much help while we were there even finding me some duct tape to tape up our lugguage as it tore, they were amazing! Other things to mention were breakfast, canepes, coffee all day. Our room, we stayed in a supioror family room and it was awesome. Enough room for 4 people. Beds comfy, shower awesome and even coloured LED CEILING lights for the kids. A seriously great hotel. Negitives were that its a little noisy staying plaza side which we didnt mind as we watched people all the people walking and enjoying life from the 3rd floor and the ice skating also, and the fridge didnt work well. But as its cold our drinks went on our window ledge and worked a treat! If your in Prague stay here and you wont be disappointed.

Great location, walking distance to Old Town and major attractions. Many shops and restaurants around! Very clean and friendly staff.

This hotel is in a great location, you can walk all over old town from here. The bed was very comfortable and the room large with a desk, a sofa and 2 chairs by the window for variety. The included breakfast and daily snacks were great.

We had a great weekend at Hotel Pytloun. Fantastic room with everything in it that you could want. Comfortable bed, spacious, plenty amenities, quiet. Fabulous breakfast too, really ate too much all days. Eggs nicely fried, good scrambled egg, pancakes. Only little critique on the coffee, just want hot enough from the machine. Maybe turn it up a bit. Staff friendly and on the job. We will definitely go back.

Walking distance to almost everything, I liked the hotel very clean , staff are excellent, helpful, The only thing that I did not like is the bathroom, The toilet is smart but the incline was bad to use the bathroom and also the bathtub it has no curtains so the water will make a mess when you take a shower.

Quirky hotel in downtown Prague. Front desk is at the end of the bar. Rooms are well furnished. Some minor maintenance issues and hat the staff made efforts to address. Hotel tries to not miss a beat, excellent airport transfer service. Overall worth a repeat visit.

A lovely relaxed stay right in the heart of the city. Perfectly located for all the main attractions. Bonus roof terrace. Rooms were a great size - would have benefited from a mirror in the main room. Bathrooms a bit trendy and dark and not obvious how to change from bath to shower options My son had no plug on his bath but this was quickly sorted. overall a great hotel and recommended for 3 nights to explore Prague

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the staff are so helpful, polite and will go above and beyond to suit your needs.The rooms are amazing, lovely and clean and the bed is so comfortable.breakfast is lovely too with plenty of choice. I will definitely be going back and so will plenty of my friends who also booked. The location is also perfect right in the centre, close to the main square, literally 5 mins walk
