Lovely place to stay! David is a fabulous host and our fridge was stocked up with everything you could need! And you only have to ask for top ups of any items you might require..Not that we needed to! Great breakfast selection!!!
Very clean and comfortable and lovely big towels. Right at the sea front and also close to the nearby streets.Perfect wee get away! Highly recommend.

David was a wonderful host, the location was perfect and extremely clean - with lovely views and quick access to the beach and shops. Thought went into little details that made the stay more enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable and unit quiet, making for a restful sleep.

We loved our 1 night stay at the apartment. We met the owner who kindly showed us the apartment. Fantastic breakfast left in fridge with, yogurts, fresh fruit, eggs, bread, cheese, orange juice and milk. Also cereal selection, biscuits and assorted pastries. Very generous and thank you for the wine. Super comfortable bed and fantastic shower as well. It was lovely waking up to a sea view and sunshine. Plenty of places to walk to for food and drink. We would love to stay again and highly recommend Bayview Apartments. Thank you so much.

This place was incredible! When it said beach view, it means that literally. Very spacious And super clean. Excellent bed and linen. A fridge stocked with fruit, milk, juice, eggs, bread yogurts and water was lovely. Very narrow parking area. Super nice host!.

Adequate but very basic accommodation, whilst general cleanliness was fine, but there were cobwebs over the top of the curtains, ceiling vents in the bathroom.

What a picturesque property. We had such a wonderful stay and David was an exceptional host who was so kind and helpful during our stay. We will 100% be back if we are in the area and will highly recommend Bayview Bed and Breakfast to our family and friends traveling to Scotland in the future.

Not soundproof. Awful bathroom. Parking impossible so busy. Lights stuck on all night bathroom down corridoor. Really disappointing

Lovely warm bright apartment with beautiful shower and comfortable bed. Excellent variety of breakfast cereal options, even delicious ground coffee together with a welcoming little bottles of wine. Quick and reliable when necessary. Very highly recommended and in a good central location.

MY WIFE AND I HAVE STAYED SEVERAL TIMES AT THE BAYVIEW AND HAVE SAMPLED DIFFERENT ROOMS EACH WITH THEIR OWN CHARACTERISTICS.ON THIS OCCASION THE COURTYARD ROOM WAS UP TO A HIGH STANDARD.

We stayed in the beachfront apartment. It was really nice, clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing, we could have sat there all day watching the world go by. The apartment had everything we needed and the host David was very friendly and was always available if we needed anything. The apartment came with a designated on site parking space and was very near to the town centre. We will certainly stay here again when we return.

It was not advertised that the room was a ground floor on a parking. They only advertised the Room with sea view but the only courtyard room is directly on a parking. Avoid this one

Great location on the sea wall walkway with just a short walk to restaurants. Fantastic friendly hosts. A little tight on getting a larger vehicle into parking area. Only thing that could have made it better would be an exterior sun shade for the beautiful but hot morning sunrise.

Great location, beautiful room. A little challenging to find, turn into parking area small and tight but manageable. Lots of stairs, don’t bring big luggage! Overall a nice experience.

Stonehaven is a nice place with more charming aspects than you would think at first sight - there is much more than just Dunnotar Castle! And the studio we had was in a very well condition, has a spectacular view and we were welcomed in an uncomplicated and friendly way. I can only recommend!

Waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean, who can beat that! They left a lot of Scottish delicacies in the room for us to enjoy was another plus! The breakfast was absolutely amazing and delicious! I highly recommend Bayview if you’re staying in Stonehaven!

A really nice place to stay in an excellent location. The owners are so nice and friendly, the breakfast was great. The room was modern and immaculate. There is WiFi throughout. This is by far one of the most well run B & B’s I’ve ever stayed in. We look forward to returning in the future
