Tremendous experience

Loved it. Will stay again.

It was a great stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and nicely decorated. There was a surprisingly good amount of food offered for breakfast which I was not expecting. It all tasted good. The staff were polite. My only complaint about the stay was that one of the sockets in the lamp was broken and unusable which made charging the 11 devices I brought a slight challenge. Not a deal breaker though.

Great place to stay

This hotel was only a quick stopover for us on the way to Charleston from Pembroke, Virginia. As such we were quite late with checking in, but the girl on reception was very friendly and efficient, advising us that the pool was still open until 22:00 that night should we need a quick dip! The rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast provided more choice than many of the places we stayed.

Clean and comfortable

The room TV is difficult to tune with the remote. No numbers to choose channels. I could not raise the sound so I could hear it. Operating the TV should not require a tutorial. Poor setup for seniors. A turn off for me. I shall not return.

Very nice property. But, at 4:30 in the morning I heard a different rooms iPhone watch going off. Walls WAY too thin. Could hear the people above also walking around half the night. Nice hotel, but I won’t book again

Hotel was clean. Front desk clerk was polite. Only thing I have to mention is that there was no hand soap in our room. Also there was a trash bag near our room when we got there and the next morning when we left. That’s not something you want to see on your stay at a hotel. Other than these things good experience.

Checked in for 4 days to watch my sons play for ESPN Ocho. Looked at the reviews, seemed pretty decent. The breakfast was very underwhelming. Sausage and eggs were room temperature. Not hot like hot holding should be. They hardly refilled anything, was mostly empty. Not much to choose from. Our room was basic, clean but a little dated. Maids were very nice. Wi-Fi was horrible, mostly non-existent. The shower was awful. Our shower door wouldn't stay closed, kept sliding open. Our keys quit working the 2nd day. Bar was only open 1 night and only serves wine and limited selection of beer. Pool was closed by the health department on one of the hottest days. no explanation, just a big sign on the door Trying to find something on TV was impossible. No guide, no way to find out was on. Probably will be looking for a different place next year.

I would stay here anytime. The clean smell as you walk in welcomes you for your entire stay. Rooms was big and linens were clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Pool was closed at check in due to health department code. Shower had less pressure than a kitchen sink.

Stayed here for one night on our way to Hilton Head. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean and updated. The only complaints I have are that the room had a weird smell to it. We thought it was just humidity and would go away when the air was turned on, but it lingered for most of our stay. Also it was very loud, but we did notice that there were several sport teams staying so I’m assuming it’s normally not that loud.

After i got lock up for not smoking in that room the room was good vibes

Very excellent service

Overall a very nice, clean hotel. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of food choices. Only one small complaint, all 3 of the soap, conditioner etc. in the shower were totally empty. There were 2 small bar soaps on the sink but had to get out of the shower to get them.

During out stay, we did notice that a guest had there windows busted out when they parked arounf back of the hotel near the back entrance

Very nice property for the money

Before booking my wife and I read the reviews and the reviews were great. But upon arriving one of the elevators were not working. Two days later both elevators quit for a couple of hours. The heat and air unit roared. And when I asked for information from room attendants, they could not speak English. Other than these few distractions, we enjoyed the three days we stayed.

staff was kind, breakfast had options, gym was clean, room was comfortable. The only thing that I could say was not great was behind the bathroom door wasn't regularly cleaned but it wasn't bad by any means. An actual towel rack would be helpful for those staying more than one night since they only refresh the towels every 3 days but we were only there overnight

We especially like the hotel due to their friendly attitude towards pets. Pet area was easily assessable.

We chose LaQuinta, Rock Hill, SC because it was midway to our next destination which was LaQuinta, Florence, KY. We chose these properties because they were pet friendly and had high ratings and reviews. They did not disappoint.
