Nice property

They did great , guest partying in the room took my experience down a bit . Older solo traveling , maybe I should have asked if they had a seniors floor. ( a joke ).

Pleasantly surprised that it was quiet in our rooms. The common areas were always busy. It was a great spot for a night. Kids loved the bunk beds. Not much room for luggage. Liked that the toilet was in a room to itself so others could shower.

The hostel was loud with no volume control totally understand hostels are mixed groups of mostly young people but no need to be up outside shouting all night. Extremely loud building site across from the hostel again not the hostels fault fully but could be times for when the work starts not 7am. Always running out of food at the hostel

Sheets dirty. the bunks had no sheets and stains all over. Would not stay here ever. The shower would not drain.

We checked in at 9pm and checked out the next morning at 6am so my family of five only there to sleep and it was very affordable! Parking was an extra charge!

We were a group going to Frankfurt for business and totaly did the misstake of booking tjis hostel. Quality of rooms are very low, no towel, often no bedsheets and more. The walls are paper thin so ots very noicy all night. During our stay it was several groups standing outside smooking weed and service is very slow. The one and only good thing would be the location. But still, awoid this place unless you are totaly fine with low hostel standard

We arrived late, and there were no parking possibilities as promised. When we came back, we again had to wait for way to long at the desk, as there was only one person to handle all the customers. When we finally got our key, we went to our room, only to discover a screaming woman who were already in our room. We went back, but the employee did not believe us and went to check. After another long time we finally got a new key, and when going, he stopped us and said we had to take towels and bedlinen ourself to the room! Now to our new room witch we found not cleaned and we had to change the bedlinen and empty the trash ourself. The beds were very hard! Next morning there was some construction going on right above us, great!! We then found out that we only got one bath towel to two persons and several small towels to stand on! We of course complained when we went for (lousy) breakfast and they promised to clean the room and give us another bath towel while we were out during the day. When coming back, nothing was fixed! Nothing! Again, we complained, but got a long explanation that did not make any sense, finally my wife asked for some kind of compensation. The employee was very hard to convince that we should have that, but at last gave us 2 tickets for free drinks. But again, he was alone, so if we wanted the drinks, we had to come back later and que up again, because he could not give it to us now. The bar was the same desk, two meters to the side! Are we coming back? NOT!

The staff are very rude over the phone. The rooms do not get cleaned and is very noisy.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed, and I shall never book this hotel anymore. I even had to change the bed sheet myself and the room never got cleaned. The service the below zero. In terms of hygiene, serious inspection should be done at this hotel as it is very dirty and the rooms and floors never get cleaned properly.

Never, ever use this hotel ..they may refuse you your ( pre- paid) booking; I booked a room for 3 nights and due to a missed flight arrived the next day; the hotel said they had no booking - despite having prepaid for 3 nights; a refund was refused and we had to go elsewhere and pay again to stay in another hotel;

The building is ok, though it is pretty noisy at night, from the guests and from the people on the street. The overall sense of cleanliness was below average, especially in the common areas. The shower didn't drain properly. At check-out we witnessed an uncomfortable argument of a guest with staff member, who seemed to care better for his argument then for the correct check-out flow. At the best, 3.5 out of 5.

HORRIBLE, this is the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed at, there are RATS in the garage area leading to the bedrooms. There were crumbs and sticky substances left on the bed. Mold in the shower.

In a quiet neighbourhood. The room was small but clean and all the basic essentials were provided. Had a decent area with a bar and game tables to socialize and I think a small play area for kids. A little out from the main area but very close to transit.

Good price, easy access to public transport, to get to the Markets and train station, but the room was quite dirty - fries on the floor/on the bed, and in the bed storage, and cornflakes on the wall/in the bed. There were also two plastic forks under the mattress. Room also smelt like cigarettes. But all up, great price, handy for a group travelling.

Good location.

The room for two is clean with a shower that has lots of warm water. The breakfast is mediocre but it is reasonably priced.

Ok for one night, lots of workers, long lines at check in, very limited parking

Fantastic service , the girl on reception was brilliant and I will now consider when travelling europe
