Very clean room and staff are friendly. The free high tea and buffet breakfast provided were good. Overall a highly recommended hotel to stay for a few days.

I had a great stay here, but my family had mixed reviews. The lighting within the hotel room was very warm but extremely dim and eery, and hence not exactly very kids friendly. The suite i booked could house 6 and had 2 stories with a flight of stairs in the middle. It creaked so loud everytime someone climbs up or down the stairs which again could be freaky at night.

Overall excellent stay, service was very good, complimentary free breakfast taste better than the other branch love it! Like the bread served as it’s not the basic white bread loaf. Thank you and will be back again!

Beautiful room and cafe. Free welcome drink, free breakfast and 1 free high tea. Staff are courteous and professional. It has a gym too. Easy and short drive to most parts of Ipoh.

The accommodation was good. The only improvement I may suggest is at the restaurant. We ordered main course, dessert & coffee. The coffee was served even before the main course. The dessert (with waffle with ice cream) was served when we were half way eating our main course. Hope restaurant will at least check with the guest when the guest prefers the coffee to be served. Most people do not want to drink cold coffee (else you would have ordered iced coffee). Hot coffee is usually serve at the end of the meal together with dessert. Dessert should be served after the guest has finished the main course and the table is cleared of the utensils used for main course. In this case it was worse as there was ice cream in the dessert.

It's a great time in 1969, especially the night music time, it's chill and relax.

The room and everything around were pleasant, clean and safe. Maybe you should think of using Gardenia or Massimo sliced bread to serve your guests. Most Malaysians love white bread for breakfast. Thank you for such a great hospitality. Will book again if I am planning to travel to Ipoh again.

Amazing hotel. They really put in a lot of attention in the design. I love the ceiling fan because I’m scared of cool. Only setback is no astro TV channels.

It is a bit far from the city centre. Nice staff, clean room, comfortable bed. There is not many choice in breakfast.

I am so glad we decided to stay at 1969 Business Suites! Even though its about 20 mins to the city by car, it was no problem as we just ordered a Grab - easy! Firstly we were collected by our lovely conceirge driver from the bus station. Communication and care was superb. Check in was easy. The room was lovely with EVERYTHING you could possibly ever want, including an amazingly comfortable bed! Welcome drink yummy and the breakfast was superb every morning. The staff were so happy and smiling and couldn't do enough for us. I had to do a webinar but a baby had just moved in to the room next door and they set us up in their business room across the road...nothing was a problem! Value for money outstanding! I cannot recommend this hotel enough - we didn't want to leave!

The hotel.. The food.. Cleanliness, hospitally was all very good just that king bed was abit small for 2adult n one child.. The bathroom design was awesome

Everything is good except my room is close to common corridor and there is a door closing sound as and when people is enter or exit to the floor which is disturbing during my stay. The rest is all good.

The sound proof between rooms are a bit poor, I can hear shower sound during midnight and I can’t fall asleep. Also, not much facilities are available for guests to use.

Best budget hotel ever Worth for it

This is a very new hotel with super friendly staff and really comfortable rooms. It’s in a quite part of with a fully servicing restaurant, good breakfast and they also offer a free pick up and drop off service. Would certainly stay here again.

It is the most impressive budget hotel that I've ever come across. The room is a little compact but the furnishings is first class. In fact, everything is done very tastefully and the furnishings are comparable to a 5 star hotel. The location is a little off for me but the rest compensates for it. This is my first experience staying there and it will never be my last.

The hotel located at a cozy environment away from the bustling busy area. Good for relaxation. The food was good at reasonable price. Staffs very wonderful, friendly and cheerful. Checkin and checkout very fast, efficient. Enjoyable stay. Thanks.
