I really like this resort. It is an affordable all inclusive resort. It is nice and clean. The service is good. The food is good. It is not extremely big so it is easy to find everything. The only thing i didn’t like was the A/C in the room. It was working, but it wasn’t cold enough.

The property its self is beautiful, but here are the issues I saw. First and most important, the property has 5 restaurants and 2 open buffets (more like 1 and a half). The main buffet is open to everyone for all meals, the second buffet ( called on the grill) is only opened for everyone for breakfast and lunch and has basically 1/4 of basically the same thing the other buffet has. There is lots of different food types to select from at the buffet, but for me personally the food would recieve a 1 out of 10. Second issue, the other 5 restaurants are by reservation only. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and was able to find only one spot at one of the restaurants my whole stay. There is basically no reservations available even though the restaurants are always empty. I believ this is done on purpose to force people to eat at the cheaper nasty food provided at the buffet. When i talked to the concierge he told me to basically try to talk to the restaurants and basically plead with them to let me in which i found insulting. 3rd issue, checkout time is very early at 12 pm when most flights out of punta cana are around or after 6 pm. They ask you for 20 dollars per hour extra after 12pm which isnt bad i guess but still an inconvenience. 4th issue, they allow lots of people on their property that will basically try to sell you many things, from packages to jewlery to even cigars everywhere and they will approach you multiple times everyday, at the pool, beach and even the lobby.

I booked two rooms ocean front. When I arrived they told me it is not available. They gave me rooms facing construction area when they are building a new bar. Customer service is poor. Food was ok but the main restaurant is in an open area, no AC, lots of flies, few street cats. I will never go there again. The beach was good but no drinks service on the beach, you will need to go to a bar which is not far.

Really i'm at home now and i miss my perfect coffe capuccino or my frozen coffe from this resort. I miss the perfect food too. Evrything was perfect. For sur i want be back to this resort. 😍😍😍

The property was nice so big a lot entertainment but the room was super dirty smell so bad..

Service was terrible. How do you ask us for drinks and then never bring the drinks . Food was alright . Food was served outside. Multiple times saw flies on the food, no food covers. Also should update pictures … false advertisement.

We tried several times to arrange a birthday and anniversary setting and we didn’t get any help before or at the resort. The one person who said that it would help us set something, asked us to meet her for a breakfast and anniversary gift- it turned out to be a 90 minute brief on their resort club. This was never disclosed when she said she would help. We later asked for one of the restaurant to bring out a dessert and sing happy birthday. Nothing happened.

Upon our arrival they didn’t have our room/reservation. We spent the first few hours waiting for them to figure out our reservation. Then they put us in a room which was the farthest from the main area and it wasn’t the room we selected when we booked way ahead. The first room was terrible it smelled like sewerage and they had construction going on right next to the building. The bedding was dirty and the bed/cover smelled disgusting. The next night we were moved to our second room which my family and I booked to begin with, it was next to the main lobby area where everything was close by. The beach was nice pools were decent. The food was also decent and staffs were kind and attentive. Oh and try to avoid the Extedian people who waist your time telling you “they will show you around the resort” so you get to know the place but then you find out the whole they are separate agency trying to sell you their membership. It’s not for everybody. Again, the bedding smelled dirty and made it hard to get a good night rest, we did ask for a clean bed sheet and when they brought it to us it smelled washed and helped a little with the smell of the bed/ mattress overall.

I liked the location I did not like the buffet food.

There needs to be more of selection of Spanish food and change ur water system and drinks of choices and liquor choices

Food was good, waiter's were attentive, room was nice, pools were decent, beach access was convenient. Overall not bad. The worst part was wifi, that was absolutely awful. The resort really needs to address that, because at a nearby resort that we had visited during our stay's wifi was excellent. Also, the timeshare people were deceptive. At check in, a staff member from the timeshare staff pretended to be hotel staff while we were in line, and used deceptive tactics to lead us directly to the timeshare area. We insisted that we were not interested, and it was a struggle to get them to accept No meant No. Other than that, not bad

I was not very happy with the experience altogether. The place needs to get fixed all around. my room didnt have good a/c. So we were always hot. Never got someone to check it even after reporting it several times. Couldn't get good reception on TV so we were limited on what we could watch. The food was ok... but not the level expected. We wanted an upgrade and even though arranged necer got it. The view and the beach exceptional as expected. I wouldn't go back to this property

I did not like the fact that as soon as I checked in at the front desk, I was greeted by a Extadian representative who was trying to sell me on another vacation and pushing me into a seminar the next morning to convince me to buy another vacation. I came to this resort to enjoy myself and relax, not to be conned into another trip. This was highly inappropriate, classless, and very unprofessional. I thought Impressive Punta Cana would treat me better than that and I will definitely remember this when booking my next trip. Also the condition of the room I stayed in was poor and the bed was very stiff and uncomfortable.

My husband and I booked a trip to this resort for our 9th wedding anniversary and my college graduation. The resort was beautiful however, the directions to the room are very confusing. It’s so easy to get lost and when it gets dark the lighting on the resort is not good! The food was not good at all but we did not get to eat at all the restaurants due to reservations. It says reservations are always full but when you see the restaurant’s not every table is full. Some of the employees are rude but we loved Jha the bartender and Martina the cleaning staff!! They were amazing, caring, helpful and always smiling.

No AC for numerous days. They refused to move us to a different unit. The staff is amazing. Would love to come back at a discounted price with AC in our room.

I feel the food choices were very limited, was not too impressed with food. Pool/beach should be opened a bit longer than 7pm. I disliked the fact that though I was a premium member, I had to walk far from my room to everything premium
