The hotel is beautiful with great spa and pool facilities. We booked a beautiful two bedroom oceanfront suite however I didn’t realise that loud rave music with a DJ is played every night until at least 1am and it’s impossible to sleep. I would stay here again but would book a room as far away from the beach side as possible.

The hotel is lovely, the ocean view 2 bed suite was very nice and comfortable but if you want a nights sleep You won’t get it. We stayed for 2 nights and there is a loud rave party with a very loud DJ that shouts and plays loud music until 1am. It is awful. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel not a beach front.

This was a great place to stay. The room was spacious, and clean, the staff was friendly and professional, the breakfast selection was good and most importantly the beach view from our floor was amazing. I plan on staying here again in the future when I visit Nha Trang. My only issue was the noise at night during the weekend. It can be hard to sleep when there is loud music being played until 1 am.

We stayed here for 10 nights recently and could not fault. Staff were amazing, location was prominent, buffet breakfast was great serving both local and western dishes. 10/10! Will be back here next year.

We checked in one day later than scheduled due to our flight delayed and was told by hotel receptionist that they will get back to us about the check out date. We never received any communication from them but when inquiry was told we need to pay extra 3.6 million for 1 night but no breakfast included. Went to check the price on Expedia was still only $99 which around 2.6 million for the 1 extra night with breakfast included for the same room. But we decided to move to another hotel nearby. The room also was very noisy, loud music from the beach past midnight and the bathroom was so tiny. No couch in the room either and no way this hotel deserves 5 stars rating. The most would be 3-1/2 stars. Stay away from all Vinpearl branded property!

Do not spend money on ocean view apartment The noise from the Sailing Club across the road is so loud. Music until 2am every night . The apartment is spacious but has no kitchen facilities, no plates, no cutlery only a kettle and 2 cups. The hotel facilities are great pool is nice and views are great however due to the noise I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay again

Everything was wonderful! I loved the room, the staff, the views. The only thing I would change is having the glass around the pool area cleaned to improve the view!

Check in felt very underwhelming, barely realised I was checked in as there was no communication from staff. My phone was taken to get booking details and then staff were distracted onto the next thing, and then giving our keys to room only to realise they had not even given my phone back until we were in the room. With a tired sleeping baby, this was very inconvenient when checking in at 1am in the morning. Very loud street noise and music can be heard every night. No sound proofing. Great views from the ocean corner room and hotel is in great location, however if you are after 5 star service and it is important to you choose another hotel. The bathroom size was very small, considering how big the room was. Air conditioning barely works if not at all throughout the hotel lobby, lifts and room. Fridges barely work to get your drinks cold. Also travelling in a family group, quite a few of us got sick and felt like there must be some kind of bacteria in the air con as it just did not feel right. There was definitely something off which we cannot pinpoint.

This was a great choice! We traveled with two other families and everyone was very happy with the Vinpearl Beachfront. We ate most of our meals at Tuans which was two doors away and has many great choices! Check out the Louisiane Brewery for food, drinks and live music on the beach! There is also a grocery store next to the Hotel!

This property was amazing, it’s absolutely beautiful but the disco across the street made my last nights miserable. I couldn’t wait to leave. Thursday - Saturday the blaring electronic music from the club directly across the street was unbearable. The hotel understood I’m sure it’s not the first compliant. I was offered earplugs and a change of room at midnight when I couldn’t take it anymore. I had a beachfront room with an amazing view of the ocean. It was simply beautiful, but I would not stay in the hotel or area again. I’m sure the price reflects this problem that they can’t solve.

This property is beautiful. My room was amazing, but the problem with a disco across the street from this hotel that blast electronic music Thursday - Saturday nights was absolutely crazy. I couldn’t wait to leave. Everything else is perfect. I complained but the only could offer earplugs and to change my room at 12 midnight wasn’t enough. If you want rest, this isn’t the hotel. I would never stay here again only because of the blaring music until 2 am. Price reflects this issue. I’m writing this because nobody else did and as an avid traveler I should. I would’ve reconsidered this hotel even though is lovely. I’m sorry to have to write these comments.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. All the staff from checkin to the breakfast buffet restaurant were super friendly, polite and helpful. The food at breakfast was soooo good! Amenities were great too! A couple not as positive comments I would say are the hot (not air conditioned) carpeted hallways with lots of dead moths. Might be better if it wasn’t carpeted as it dated the hotel and would probably make it easier to clean up the dead moths. Also, the pool area is not designed for babies and toddlers. Kids had to stay in the kid pool at all times, no exception, but there was nowhere for babies and toddlers can play safely. There’s a larger shallow area in the adult pool where they can play but they are not allowed there. But the pool staff were also very nice about it. The hotel does have some wear and tear and the rugs in the rooms could use a good vacuum and the kitchenette countertops could use a scrubbing. There is too much furniture in the 2-bedroom suite we rented and it felt crowded and small with little room to easily walk around the living area. All in all, we enjoyed our stay though and would definitely come back if we are ever in Nha Trang again.

A slight confusion at check in regarding Gold card perks. However this was quickly sorted out by the duty manager in a positive professional manner. Our allocated room is spacious with a comfortable bed, functional well maintained bathroom, and nice sea view and balcony. The breakfast is excellent with a multitude of both Asian and Western choices. The staff are obviously well trained and managed and the customer care scores a 10 from us. Location next to the beach with sun beds towels provided, close to many good restaurants and shops. Would definitely use again when in Nha Trang and would recommend. Sally and Dave York’s

My family stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with immaculate ocean views. Clean properly. Convenient location. Everything is within a walking distance. The only bad thing that happened to me was that I specifically told the front desk to clean my room when I was on my way out to breakfast at 9am. When I returned at 1pm, the room still wasn’t cleaned.

Perfect location to get around Nha Trang. Walking distance to everywhere you needed. But a little noisy at night with music playing on the beach til midnight.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The breakfast buffets are great with lots of options. The location is convenient, the beach front is private and chairs, towels and umbrellas are always available to hotel guests. The staffs are very helpful and delightful.
