Loved the room. Super lux and fancy with the view of the city. Service was stellar as the staff on call (via WA) was quick to meet out requests. Housekeeping was prompt and I think they cleaned up the room twice a day. Love the thoughtfulness and little surprises they left in the room (or sweets, handwritten notes and glass cleaners). Have stayed in various 5* hotels but the service here takes the cake

5 star hotel but the hotel itself is not spacious. For the price of 320-470$ usd per night, I found the hotel to be lacking in its amenities. Nice pool and small weight room. The place seemed like a private luxury condo. The Chinese restaurant was pricey. You could just go to central embassy for 1/100th of the price. Would I stay here again? No considering the rate is not worth what is offered. Breakfast and service was excellent however.

During my stay at the hotel, I appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and the comfort of the beds and linens. The staff was very friendly and professional, enhancing my experience. I enjoyed amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a gym, and a pool. The location was convenient, close to attractions and public transportation. Although breakfast was paid, it was exquisite with plenty of varieties. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for money, balancing cost and services.

Rosewood Bangkok did a wonderful job the moment you stepped into the hotel. It is located right next to BTS Pholen Chit Station. Can be easily accessed by BTS as well as walking distance to all the popular malls like Central Embassy, Central World and Siam.
The hotel itself is exceptional, friendly staff, wonderful decor and interior, a wide selection of breakfast. The spa on 6/F called Sense was amazing too! Great pressure for the massage, clean environment and masseurs are very professional.
Gym and pool are very well maintained.
We even checked out the bar at the roof top and it was an upscaled jazzy bar with a spectacular view of the city skyline.
Last but not the least, the room is spacious and modern, shower pressure was strong and loved all the decor in the room.
Would definitely come back to Rosewood Bangkok during my next trip. Highly recommended Rosewood for similar 5* range of hotel for anyone who's visiting BKK soon.

The attention to the customer was near perfection. The elegance of the hotel, the artwork, the music, the hotel's scent was all five stars.
The hotel in general was peaceful and relaxing. Definitely would consider staying there again.

Best service and facilities (and value) I've had of any hotel I've been to. The area is short walk from the red light district and quite a commercial area (more shopping as less great places to eat) - this was a shortcoming for me but depends what you're after.

Staff are very attentive and friendly. Location is perfect , connects to sky train and Central Embassy is next door, 5-10 mins walk to Central World. Cleanliness in the room is the only issue we had, some of the towels are kind of old and there are some stains in the shower stall. If they can provide some fruits in the room daily will be nice.

Beautiful property very conveniently located to take the BRT and to walk to many malls /restaurants. We are Expedia Platinum and did get early check in and a room upgrade. However we were given a room next to a service area so heard noises from staff at odd times and carpet in hall seemed to have a musty smell as off the carpet got wet and didn’t dry properly. Biggest complaint is that we were supposed to receive a free breakfast daily because of our VIP status but were told their “contract” with Expedia did not include this. For an Expedia customer we would never have know this and may have made a different room choice. They did give us a complimentary breakfast for the first morning. Again hotel was beautiful, staff friendly and an excellent location to take the train and above ground walkways. We stayed there 6 nights and think we should have been given a better room location and the complimentary breakfast should have been honored.

1. The teacups in the room were stained, which was unexpected for a Hifi 5-star hotel. However, they promptly replaced them after I reported the issue.
2. Personally, I found the breakfast buffet lacking in taste despite its focus on presentation.
3. I want to give special recognition to Pimmada Sirichampa, the Guest Relations Manager, and the staff on the Arrival floor. Their exceptional service made my stay truly enjoyable.

Truly the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at! It was so incredibly clean. The staff made me feel so incredibly special. Truly couldn't find a single thing to complain about and that is saying ALOT! I am a particular guest with high standards and they EXCEEDED every standard I could have had.

Room is nice. Executive Twins at high floor with stunning views. Nice staff worth for six stars. Convenient location. Breakfast is very disappointing. Can’t imagine such few choices and low quality of ordered dishes. We skipped the breakfast even prepaid when booked the room. Virtually no VIP benefit for my booking as I booked executive twins room that the hotel couldn’t offer any upgrades when requested

Such an excellent experience, the entire staff was so hospitable and all the added little touches to just made it that much more lovely.
Gorgeous views, a thoughtful hand written note from guest services management, the friendly dining and bar management/staff and wonderful scent you immediately notice when you walk into the Rosewood Hotel all contributed to such a great overall vibe and experience. Bummed I was too jet lagged to check out the pool and DJ session at Lennon's! This establishment is highly recommended, especially if you'd like some great IG travel content.
