Very close to Main Square, very helpful staff, very nice rooms with comfortable beds and great shower.

Amazing hotel, room was spacious enough for two people with ample storage.
Staff are what make this hotel; so friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for train station, short walk to main square and about 15-20 minutes to Jewish quarter. We will be returning to Amber for our next visit!

Very comfortable stay. Clean, quiet, in good location. Excellent breakfasts, but one does have to walk a couple of blocks to a nearby restaurant, which offers a menu of cooked breakfasts.

Stayed here after surgery.
Stylish aesthetics, black out curtains, high ceilings and good general layout for practicalities, eg, alcoves, shelving, and hooks. Large spacious bathroom. Nespresso machine with 2 complimentary pods. Comfortable bed and 2 types of bed side lights. Minimal noise transference. The colour scheme was calming and the furniture comfortable.
Had only an amenic toilet paper on arrival. I understand the hotel is environmentally oriented, seeking to minimise waste, however, I think the first roll should be full for the first impressions and any half used etc., can be to the staff quarters.
There are toiletries, such as lotion, pocket tissues, maybe shower caps not sure, by the foyer elevator but this wasn't shared during check-in nor did i see a sign in the room. However, it is a good idea.
There is complementary tea and coffee in the foyer, an impactful gesture similar to PURO Hotels. However, this wasn't shared at check-in, nor was it in the description of the booking site.
Knowing this in advance could also determine choosing to stay.
Having booked a suite that had microwave in the description and pictures, I'd have liked for the amenities to already be in the room or informed at check-in that it can be added. I do understand to only give on request as some may book suites and not want the cooking facilities.
Reception staff friendly, helpful, and efficient.
Breakfast in a nearby cafe, which is prefered over the typical Polish breakfast offering.

A really nice hotel at a very good location. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and nice. They assisted with breakfast bags when we had to leave very early for an activity and gave good restaurant recommendations.
The rooms were very clean when we arrived but there was no cleaning of the room (beds, new coffee and water etc) during the stay, which is unusual.

The room was extremely clean and looked like new Has a very nice bathroom and shower. Not a tiny bathroom and shower like many European hotels. Well Located in Old Town and walkable to all areas of old town. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely lovely hotel, fabulous location. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, from arranging transfers to/from the airport, day trips and suggesting a good restaurant to try. They were always happy to help.
The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the main square and if you fancy a trip by train it’s only a 10/15min walk to the station.
We will most certainly return. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!!

The service from Kinga and Magda at the front desk was over the top! My husband has a couple of mobility issues and they got us a room on the main floor. Everyone here is so friendly and the breakfast from the cafe down the block was the best we had in 12 days on our tour of Poland.

We loved this place and the staff. The staff made us feel welcome and special. We stayed two days and then came back for a third night a few days later. Location was great to walk the old town area and near the train station.

Good location in a peaceful part of the old town, 10 min walking distance from the main train station. Perfectly clean, comfortable, modern equipment including fridge and ironing board. The AC was effective and quiet.
The staff was very friendly and proactive, helped us with information about Krakow, and we noticed that other guests received detailed planning help.

Fantastic stay at Amber Design. The staff were all wonderfully helpful and the room was very comfortable. It was located perfectly for us just staying a few days and wanting to get an experience in old town krakow. There’s a mall not far away if you’re like us who didn’t have our luggage (“misplaced” by the airline) and need a few clothes to get by. Plenty of restaurants in the area and beautiful buildings all around. Taxis available a couple of blocks away (by the cafe where the breakfasts offered with the room are - also great breakfasts there at the “Coffee and Wine” cafe).
Would definitely stay here again. 10/10

This is our second time staying here and we’ve loved it both times, I’ve stayed many places around Krakow but once we found this place we only stay here! The staff is so friendly, the rooms are new and very clean. It is our honeymoon and they wrote us a very sweet card and we had traditional vodka waiting for us when we got there. There’s an elevator in the building and a little garden out back! We loved our stay and will probably always stay here when we come to Krakow! Oh it’s also on a very quiet street!

Excellent hotel to stay at , it’s next to the park so it’s easy to walk to anywhere you want to get to. The room was comfortable and spacious and even tho we had to walk to breakfast it’s an easy 2 to 3min walk.

I'm so reluctant to leave my review because I don't want this place to get so popular that I can't get in again. Omg it's great. Location.... AMAZING. It's quiet, clean, and everything I needed. I spent every morning drinking coffee on the terrace and those times are among my most favorite memories. The location is excellent. Convenient to all Krakow had to offer and when I come back, I wont even look elsewhere.

Loved this property. Was very nice and convenient to everything in old town just at the edge of old town so not as loud as other properties and n old town with the late nite pub crawlers.
Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Secured entry into the building so no casual looking loos.
Room was very modern and exceptionally clean overlooking the nice courtyard. Breakfast was provided at a local restaurant a block or so away. Was very delicious. Highly recommend this property.

We simply cannot fault this hotel. The room was a really good size as was the bathroom and both were immaculate. The staff were so friendly and genuinely could not do enough for us. The location just couldn't be better only a few minutes from the main square and surrounded by bars and restaurants. This hotel is excellent value.

Amber Design Residence is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were quiet with blackout curtains - conducive to solid rest when the days are long. The coffee they make upon request was an added bonus. And the back courtyard was a nice place for respite. I hope to be in Krakow again and will definitely stay at Amber Design Residence.
