Great location. Literally by the water. Could use new mattresses and pillows.

Primo location! Room was directly on the boardwalk. Far enough from local bars to be quiet. Cleanliness could be stepped up a bit. Called 2X then went to office for clean towels. Finally located housekeeping. Keys were deactivated prior to checkout. Went to office 2X to get into room to retrieve my luggage. 1st time, key was still not active. Still, a great location.

Not worth the money or head ache close to beach Yes that’s the only plus. No dishes in room called said had to request so I did they said they were bringing them they never did therefore paying for kitchen was useless. Make sure you bring $ on a card for dep ( I can not put any specific pricing on here)and be prepared to pay parking and a service fee. If you decide to extend your stay you will repay service fee if you book online. It is nice to know this before booking for budgeting and That is why I’m writing this for others to know. They do not care in the least about service but $ is their focus. Also you will check in at a different building something to note fortunately our taxi driver was patient. Then you will go a few blocks to your room the pool is in a different building which with all the hassle we simply didn’t use. The breakfast is fruit cereal toast juice nothing worth rushing to get there between 8-9 which is also another building. If you have mobility issues the stairs are very inclined. If the beach being close is your only concern definitely book. If you want what you pay for do yourself a favor and save yourself the head ache.

Office directions are just a bunch of signs telling you to go right. No real direction. Room pictures are for each lot, not the actual room....so I received a room that was not what I was intending to book, very misleading and irritating. The beds are not very comfortable and the pillows were tough and lumpy, we had a king bed and had small pillows. The kitchenette had a busted up sink, the bathroom shower faucet was falling off, and the doors all had loose kick plates , so they were very tough to open. The overall vibe was bad from the start and I was mad I didn't get what I paid for.

It was alright. Place could of used a rug at the front door, as the floor was sandy,when I got into the room. Also the window in the kitchen had painter tape on it & the warm still got into the room.

It was dirty. There were bugs. There is three palmetto bugs, and a lizard inside of the room. There was dirt all over the bed. There was dirt all over the bathroom. The toilet wasn’t flushed. The bedding was all piled up in the top of the bed and the replacement room Was just as dirty. I saw staff member yelling at another guest at the hotel because they asked for coffee five minutes after she locked the gate even though she still had coffee out there I was very concerned that the argument could explode and all of the guest in the patio area, which was Two or three people at every single table were staring. Over very dirty I told the management he offered my kids lollipop. very unhappy.
