Beautiful n cozy room, located in front of the beach. If you wanna stay near the beach, I strongly recommend you this hotel.

Breakfast buffet was good but he rest of the day food was minimal selection.
At the sky bar or pool bar service was slow. They operate with one central location for the drinks to be made and send them to the other bars throughout.

Rosamia is a very good property. We had a family suite with 2bedrooms & 2.5 bath. It was very spacious with comfortable beds. The staff service was excellent and prompt. Shout out the affordable spa with excellent massages. Morning breakfast buffets was great with many choices. The coconut coffee is a must try.

Very good to stay with family. Just one thing to improve was...somebody who stayed in my room smoked in the room. For this, there was smell of smoking. Of course, hotel staff tried to clean the smell but it was impossible to move all smoking.

Tidy property, but lacking fun beach vibes. Too formal, staff very restrictive. Hotel is not designed for a nice relaxed beach holiday. Suitable for corporate functions where not much fun should be had.

Pros:
- Friendly staff, especially the English speaking gentleman at the reception and the doormen who always rushed to hold the door for us.
- Right next to the beach. The pool is also a nice alternative when it's too hot or rainy.
- Reasonable breakfast buffet. Could be better but for the price I couldn't complain.
- A lot of restaurants nearby that cater to international tourists.
Cons:
- Housekeeping didn't clean the room or toilet thoroughly.
- Wifi router was above the room entrance and the signal didn't reach the corners and far end of the room.
- TV was laggy and didn't have many options.
- DON'T STAY ON THE 23TH FLOOR IF YOU'RE A LIGHT SLEEPER. There's a bar on the 24th floor which has music on until 12am even when there's nobody. You can hear everything from your room.

Their breakfast was also quite good and there was a good choice of food every morning.The only bad thing was about spa. We went there for a massage but it wasnt very professional. The massager was sick but didnt put on a face mask. I ended up caught a bad flu from her and have been sick for a week. The massage technique wasnt very good either.Overall the hotel is great. Just skip the spa.

Great location. Weather not so good so it was great to have so many facilities inside the hotel. Spa package was great. Bed was very comfy. Had partial sea view which was good.

Near the beach, good location. You can get 50% off discount of the spa on 2-4pm everyday. They also provide a free 45-min foot massage and one way transport to airport. The staff are nice and helpful. Reasonable price. I would say not bad at all.

Everything is superior!
Only complaint is the noise because we were on a floor with what must have been a large Korean family in multiple rooms. Kids and everyone constantly going between rooms, doors always slamming, loud talking, etc... started early morning 5am and went on after midnight.
When the room doors do not close all the way there is a constant "beeping" noise to alert you... well, everyone kept their doors open so the beeping never stopped. Truly disturbing and maddening!

Hotel is located to having fantastic view just in front of ocean to guarantee ocean view.
Also nice swimming pool seem likely to equipped with cooling system.
Most good things is hotel staff is highly hospitality to all of guests.
