We recently had the pleasure of staying at M Hotel Saigon, and we must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Check-In and Reception: From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were greeted with warm smiles and professional service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed. They provided all the necessary information about the hotel amenities.

Location is great

We spent a week at this hotel and let me tell you they have exceeded our expectations. Everyone was so helpful and polite. We booked the Culture room and it was beautiful. Bed is comfy, the room was big as well. I cannot say enough about this place and the people who work here. Thank you for making our first trip to Vietnam memorable. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay again.

While the stay is comfortable, but the bed is in poor condition. It has sunken and causes backache. And both pillows are soft. Normally, one pillow provided is firm type.

The property was located in a great location close to many restaurant, bar and night life venues. Short walking distance from many of the tourist spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the property itself was very modern. We stayed in the penthouse which was immaculate and very spacious. I little pricey but if you can do it, I’d recommend it.

Everything was great except the bathroom. The only thing that separated the bedroom and the toilet is a tinted glass. You can actually see the other person sitting on the toilet. What’s worst is the sliding glass doors not close all the way. There is a 2” gap di whatever bowel movements you have, anytime in the bedroom can hear.

Great location.

Location is very good, as it is at the center of district 1. It's located by a mall, and on a bar street, so very convenient. However, room can hear all the noize from other floor or outside of the room door. For instance, when someone flushes toilet on the above floor, I can hear it at night when I sleep. Other than this, rest is ok. breakfast is ok, not very attractive.

Beautiful property and nice and central. A little noisy but it didn’t impact on sleep.

Spacious suites room, new and modern design. Great location, Just a few walks to Saigon Center, Takashimaya Mall. Surround with many Cafes, Food shop and shopping area.

Excellent price point for location in D1. Walking distance to Ben Tanh, pedestrian walk, Saigon center. A bit noisy due to rows of pubs but noises cut off after 11pm. Loves the breakfast. Don't like the room zen open minimalist design. For the price it's good deal. Super friendly staffs in restaurant

Despite the reviews which complained of outside noise, we didn’t experience much of a problem with this hotel. The hotel and rooms are clean and modern, good selection of TV channels, comfortable bed and pillows. The only thing that stopped me giving five stars is the strange arrangement with the shower and toilet. The toilet is in the wet room so itself gets wet. Inconvenient if you’re of a certain age and have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night when the floor is wet. Otherwise a good stay. Also in a convenient location, good shopping centre yards away. A special mention should be given to the staff, who were all exceptional

This hotel has no sound prove at all, can hear people talking from the other rooms and the staffs talking at the hallway. The lady at the reception call and wake me up around 7:00 AM, then told me after they call the wrong room number, which is not acceptable and inadequate training. Overall bad experience!

Location was great, next to Saigon Centre (mall) and walking distance to shopping areas within district 1. However, opposite hotel was quite a number of nightspots and the noise will filter through to the room, especially on weekends up to wee hours of the morning. Sound insulation of the hotel was poor.

Good equipment

The hotel facility, the staff and location were all incredible. Beyond my expectations and I highly recommend this location - this was a luxurious experience.

Staff was sooo polite. Proficient in English. I had to order a 3:00 cab. It was right on time.

The staff here are amazing. Always helpful and smiling. You cannot best this location (is so central that everything is a walk away). The room on point too. Breakfast was nice. I don't eat pork so I requested they clean the frying pan and utensils, they were happy to oblige. Made my stay great. Thank you.

Room service closes at 2pm. Restaurant has only vegetarian options. Staff are good and friendly. No facilities to match a 4 star hotel.
