Tiny room, but renovated Bad neighborhood, very loud outside so don’t expect a good night’s sleep Safe broken, I was told to put a lock on my suitcase and put my valuables inside Flat pillows, asked for extra and told that not 1 pillow is available in the hotel, and then I was overcharged $70 for the night

Property was convenient and walkable. Close to everything

Super-friendly staff that was very concerned to get me into a room after an overseas flight. Throughout my stay, the customer service was top notch! They had gluten-free options for breakfast (you have to tell the front desk though). Breakfast buffet was excellent!

Friendly and responsive staff, clean rooms, central location close to tons of Asian restaurants near to train station and walkable to water or common tour starting spots.

Staff were extremely helpful, the hotel itself was super clean. The area around the hotel had some less salubrious establishments though we didnt feel unsafe. Very close to the train station and an easy 10min walk to the lake.

Small but clever room

The hotel room was very nice and comfortable, but the nieghborhood switched over at a certain hour and was a little unsavory. Overall experience was good, but know the nieghborhood.

A very old property that has been fully refurbished and brought into the present with very carefully thought design for complete comfort. The service was impeccable!

Pros: walking distance to train station, clean, freindly staff. Cons: Terrible heating/cooling, street noise was horrendous (and we had to keep windows open to stay cool), only one pod for coffee (but there were two of us), a dizzying array of light switches to try to figure out, kind of small room.

My room looked stunning, and I was impressed with the renovation work and the quality of materials used. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, my room was a bit small, and I struggled to find space for my suitcase.

Check in was not appropriate. They made me rent a third room for my daughter since they don’t allow 3 people in the room for the small size, but the size was not a problem to allocate 3 persons.

Good experience and my requests were met. Able to ask for an electric kettle and ironing board. Only the wake up call language wasn't in English.

Paulina and Julien were fantastic. The hotel rooms have been decorated beautifully and with attention to detail. A short 5 minute walk to the Genève train station and we were given a card for free train ride to the airport.

Excellent hotel not far from the Geneva train station. Surrounding neighborhood not so nice—some may feel uncomfortable. Very pleasant room , confortable bed , nice bathroom. Delicious breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, during my stay, there was a big problem with the Wifi.Impossible to work on computer . Could not get a receipt for my credit card payment and for reasons I don’t understand, the hotel no longer accepts cash payments. But overall, enjoyed my stay.

This hotel was lovely, staff very helpful! We didn't eat in the hotel - there are many places to eat nearby. The location was also fantastic, walking distance of the station and the lake. The room itself was very cosy, a little on the small side, but fine for a short stay. Would definitely stay again.

Within a short walk to the beautiful lake front, or the train station where transport to many destinations can be found is this boutique hotel that offers calm and serenity. Modern and spacious suite with ample space and a stand alone bath to end the day on. Great hotel, great staff, great city.

Cute modern hotel - breakfast could be better considering the price. Very friendly staff. Suggestion: add a mirror to the bedroom.

I stayed in the smallest room they had on offer, and it was only just sufficient. I got told their was a table in there, so assumed I could work at it, but not space to sit at it, and it was a coffee table so not big enough to work on. Bed was comfy (on the harder side) the staff were great. Breakfast was simple but enough. Eggs, sausages, bacon, then fresh fruit and ham and cheeses. Coffee was nice. The temp was set to 24, so had to turn that down in the middle of the night, but they maintained that for the rest of the trip. Overall - good - but potentially upgrade if you need more space (for an extra fee of course). Loccataine toiletries were a nice addition

We loved our stay at this hotel with beautiful rooms. Easy access to public transport. The staff could not be any more helpful and professional. We highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location

Hotel is located very close to the station and on a street with some nice restaurants and cafes. It’s near a red light district but the hotel street and the route from the station felt completely safe even at night. Room was clean, modern and by Swiss standards quite large. Quite expensive but everything is in Switzerland. Teddy at reception was very helpful and friendly at check in.

Fabulous place to stay! Interior was lovely, everything so clean and the staff was wonderful. We stayed one night in the smallest room, which is small, but loved the room and shower!! If you have lots of big luggage, best upgrade a size. The train station was a quick 4 minute walk. Thanks for a great stay!
