Clean room, big selection for breakfast and great staff

The hotel was really nice! Spacious for a one night Stay!

I’d reserved two rooms a few weeks ago. One with a king bed the other with two queen beds. I ended up with two rooms with two queen beds. My husband and I slept on one of the queen beds. The mattress was awful the other one was no better. And there was a constant flashing green light for the smoke erector directly above the bed. Neither of us could sleep with that light. Regarding the bed issue, I was told we have no extra rooms. I wasn’t asking for an extra room. I was ask g for the room I had asked for when I reserved it weeks ago! Poor customer service never going back! They could’ve offered me a discount or a voucher for a future stay. Very disappointing!

No stand on which to put luggage. One remote for two TVs - it worked for both, but slightly inconvenient. Breakfast was ok - not great. But OK. Full size fridge was great.

We would have liked to have a luggage rack and would rather have had the bedding for the foldout bed in the room instead of having to ask for it

Very comfortable hotel in the middle of nowhere.

It was very quiet and clean. Only stayed one day but we really enjoyed the hotel. Staff was very nice an pleasant. Brekafast was also very good.

We stayed at this hotel back in Nov 2020 and it was very quiet we enjoyed our stay. We came back Mar 2021 and it was busier because it was the weekend before spring break. We knew it would be busier but I did not appreciate that they allow people to sit in the lobby and drink alcohol I thought it was a family oriented hotel. I have children so I was not too happy that they were doing that when we went to our room around 6 or 7 pm. There were people at the entrance of the hotel just sitting there loitering. I was hoping to enjoy our stay this time so a little disappointed about that. My kids did enjoy getting in the indoor pool and being there by themselves!

The outside was very basic apperance, older motel with new paint. Kitchenette King room was very musky, stains on furniture and on bed comforters. We did not stay and switched hotels.

This is a relatively new hotel. It has very nice finishes, and has potential to be an extremely nice stay. I stayed one night in a king suite, which is a very nice room on the 3rd floor. The suite was awesome with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and small cooktop. I chose the suite because I had groceries in-tow due to the nature of my work in the area. HOWEVER, the front desk was grossly understaffed and unattended every time I walked in. I had to wait 10 minutes before I saw anyone to check in. I had to wait another 10 minutes to ask about a later checkout. I had to wait 5 minutes to checkout. A bell is a cheap and easy thing to help with customer relations if you are going to sit in the back office. Upon check-in, one elevator was out of order. At 10pm, there was a false fire alarm. The next morning, BOTH elevators were out of order. I had to drag my giant cooler full of groceries down 3 flights of stairs and a couple more trips for the rest of my stuff. The staff was hardly apologetic and offered no concessions to compensate for their shortcomings. The pool and hot tub were off limits due to Covid ((which is really a corporate cop-out for not paying to maintain the equipment during this time of our lives) Covid can’t live in chlorine). I’m ok with their decision to close their facilities for fear of spreading Covid, but since I’m on my soapbox here, I’ll throw that out there.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Very spacious and well equipped suites with comfy beds. Will stay here again!

Clean, safe, comfortable

Great stay, hot water needs to be fixed. The pool water was green so we could not go swimming. Other than that everything was awesome!!!

Love the room, it was the perfect space for my family. I was disappointed the pool was dirty because we booked this hotel so that our kids could swim.

We loved our stay here. It was a great family getaway and the breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly and they even let us use a DVD player in our room to watch movies.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The elevators were out. So I had to buy a second hotel room for my 87 year old grandma because she couldn’t do all the stairs. The front desk said they would give me 10,000 Expedia points for the inconvenience but they did not.

Very new facility. Even smells new. Staff kept everything very clean. It is required to sign in at the front desk in order to use the fitness room. Which gives me peace of mind that it is thoroughly cleaned after each use. Pool is also open but it looks greenish with dirt on the bottom. We were told that it has just been shocked. But we didnt feel comfortable using it. Happy hour and to-go breakfast selection was the best that we have had during this covid period.
