Very disappointing first of all, I rang the hotel regarding the breakfast situation for my family and was told breakfast is included on phone on all booking... After booking they then wanted money for breakfast and blamed her family member for giving the wrong information...
Positives: room size is good and parking is free, modern looking from a distance and relatively clean.
Sadly negatives: Showing signs of damp on the walls and has a horrible smell which is covered up by air fresheners everywhere. Not very flexible with checking in times and leaving times quite early 10 am when most are 11am.

This was a nice comfortable guesthouse! The bathroom in the was small but cosy. Bed was really comfortable! The breakfast and meals cooked by the hosts were fantastic! Lovely place to stay!

Late booking. Most affordable in these days of rip off Britain prices, which is appreciated. Excellent value for money.

Very easily accessible when walking the Anglesey Coastal Path, very friendly and helpful host, lovely and clean room, good choice of hearty traditional food, good quality coffee, tea and beer.

Super cute place and the owner is awesome. Make sure to book your dinner before arriving as i hear its great. We forgot to book and were only there a night so went into Rhosneigor and had a fantastic meal but i think we missed out based on other reviews.

Nice place with helpful and welcoming hosts. The floor in the room could have been cleaner. Not that warm water in the shower, and the wifi did not work. Nice food with perfect portion-size and lots of vegetables.

Host was friendly. Check in easy. We had the family suite which was essentially a little cottage with kitchen and bathroom. Good value for money. Well organised, with pre-booked breakfast prepared for the set time.

This was a beautiful place today. Views of the mountains, so quiet and peaceful. Louise is very welcoming and friendly. Food is home cooked and delicious.Rooms and facilities are very modern and perfectly clean.Definitely would recommend to stay here. I will be staying again

Great place for a getaway.
Lovely host, clean room, comfy bed and private bathroom. Set back and quiet.
Stayed as a couple over night and wish we could have stayed longer.

Louise was a lovely host, sending us a message before we arrived and welcoming us upon arrival. The property is in a lovely location, just a shame it was cloudy when we were there meaning we couldn’t see the mountains. The room had a private bathroom which was down the hall, but this wasn’t a problem as we had the whole of the upstairs to ourselves. Felt like a kid again running to the bathroom!

Even though I booked at last minute on the Bank holiday we were very happy with the room offered. Everything was very clean and welcoming. On-site parking and great breakfast set us up for the day ahead and we will definitely be coming back as we love this corner of the island

Room very warm, Did not use the meal facility, although the food smelt amazing. Clean and fresh very friendly. 2 night stay , only given 2 teabags for the second night so felt that was restricted.

Very nice friendly place.
I had a flying visit so didn't have time to try the food or bar, but they looked good. The owner was friendly and let me store my bike in with her hover so grateful for that.

We had a warm welcome on arrival. All Covid-19 precautions in place and appropriate. Excellent breakfast. Small but cosy room. Good value.

My wife and I had a very good stay,We had a ground floor bedroom, it was very comfortable .The breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel in a long time..( Full English)..
