The property was in great shape. However, it was a hard to find and situated behind a Goodwill store (?). Room was very nice and so were the employees.

We stay at this specific location at least twice a month for the past year. We travel alot to Houston for business and this location is close to where we do business at. This past week our truck was stolen in the middle of the night from the front hotel parking lot. According to police this happens alot here. And police believe we were being watched. Hotel staff supposedly saw nothing and would not let us view cameras. Hmmm. According to police the suspect drove up in a truck with a super bright light bar on the roof of the truck so i dont no how they saw nothing if the front desk faces stright to the parking lot and Where we were parked.It was dark out at the time of the theft and the light was noticeably bright but yet Hotel staff saw nothing... with that bring said yeah this location definitely isnt safe and is super shady

Didn't stay thanks to the booking not being registered with the hotel when i got there. Hotel need to coordinate better with these booking websites.

This is in Houston, a city known for Hurricanes to pass thru and there is no backup generator! We checked out early bc the heat was to much.

The hotel seemed newer. It was very clean and nice. Very welcoming and the staff was super freiendly.

My most memorable experience was during checkin. We had the pleasure to see her when we checked in and when we checked out the following morning.

Had a great nights stay. I was in town visiting family and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff kept it full and clean.

The breakfast was not good at all no really good healthy options the oatmeal was mush , everything had so much sugar, coffee tasted like water. I could not get the blind down and it was home right there I felt they could see in the windows . Customer service was good

Overall ot was a nice stay, the room was very quiet even though it was across from the elevator, which was nice for sleeping. The bed was firm with soft pillows. Only three pillows were given on a king bed, but it worked for us. Staff was friendly during the check in and out process. The complimentary breakfast was convenient, and although it wasn’t stocked initially, they quickly replenished it. I deducted one star for cleanliness due to dirt particles being under the modular bench under the TV, and while I wiped the floor with a paper towel we brought, a lot of additional surface dirt transferred to the paper towel indicating the hard floor had not been mopped in a while.

Arrived and they did not have my double room available. Had to relocate. However, the staff was very accommodating to get my family to a new hotel.

Good place with good location and lots of restaurants and store around the hotel. You will get what you are paying for.

Well truth is I was disappointed that the pool was not warm . I smelled a lot of weed . There was dog pee all over elevator and poop everywhere. I love animals. But things were not the best . I felt like I was bothering the front desk staff . Just by asking a simple question. The kids in the pool were so loud that we left . It was not very enjoyable. Computers were down . So could not use . Just felt a little uncomfortable with activity around there

We stayed here after the storm knocked out the power for most of the city. As busy as the hotel was the staff remained friendly and professional the whole time. Staff attitude really made a big difference during this difficult time. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Our room was nice, quiet, spacious. All light fixtures worked except one. I need to tell them. Comfortable beds, decent breakfast included. But the A/C was LOUD. Two settings. Loud and off.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was great for me and my woman. The pool is not heated and it’s inside so it doesn’t really warm up either. But other than that it’s was great and they have games in the lobby. And there’s great food close by.

This was a very nice place! I loved the common area with games. Kia who worked the mid shift march 30th was amazing and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed will be bad to see her. Thank you for having us!
