Walkable to Hakata station. Good cafes nearby.

Hotel is easy access. Clean but they should clean their toilet bowl shiny not stained . Staff were excellent .

I liked how the sound of the air conditioner was turned to almost negligible, making a total silent room. I also liked the thoughtfulness of how my room was made up every day. My only point for improvement is that the changing room of the public pool can smell quite awfulon some days.

This was a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The ladies at the check-in counter made my 3 year old daughter feel very welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. It is very centrally located and most places can be reached with a short ride in the metro. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Fukuoka in the future. Thank you.

It’s a standard 4 star hotel located at a convenient spot. The room price is pretty good compared to other 4 star hotel.

The property is clean, comfort, convibient and well maintained. They have a parking but its a first come first serve basis. There’s a nearby parking lots so no need to worry. The only thing we don’t want and not recommend is the internet wifi. They have wifi but not working.

Very good hotel. Location is just 8 mins from Hakata station. Breakfast is great with a good variety of choice.

The hotel is wonderful. We loved everything from: the location being close to Hakata Station, the incredibly comfortable bedding, the quiet sound proof room, the public bath, the breakfast (additional cost) and of course the lovely staff.

I like that it’s modern, clean and new. I hope they maintain this standard. The breakfast was really good! I enjoyed my stay very much.

Very convenient

Enjoyed our stay very much! The onsen facility is spacious and clean, our room was quiet and bedding was very comfortable. Their pajamas were most comfortable, wish we have the option to purchase them.

The stay was wonderful! It was just what me and my husband needed for a couples trip~ everything about the hotel was wonderful. They had many amenities to offer and a great location for quick access to a lot of activities. (Everything was within 10 minutes walking distance)

Fristly, when we check in staff arguing first instead providing me pillow that i requested before i camw to Japan. Insteas asking to supervisor she said there is impossible to provide me extra pillow. Our room has been cleaning everyday but toilet and bath did not clean up as i can see mouldy at toilet red colour as we stayed 4 night. Public faiclity does not have towel so we need to bring our towel from our room and i have stayed two different hotel and they provide all towel inside of public bath and we asked extra pillow and there is no complaint or argued to us. Breakfast time is limited time and need to choose time and that my first time need to choose time either beforw 8 pm or after 8 pm.

Was a convenient and nice stay.

The hotel is centrally located. However there should be a congestion control for the public baths. There were too many people in the bath area during the popular bath time.

Not recommended. Restaurant and public bath were crowded and fully occupied during peak times.
