Nice staff, clean room, hot shower, cold Aircon

The staffs were accommodating and helpful. The property is newly built. The only issue I had was their elevator not working due to it's under maintenance. So I had to go up and down from and to my room at 3rd floor.

The staff was very courteous and respectful. The transportation and shopping was very close. The elevator was broken and it would've been nice to have fixed. The hot water was difficult to get just right. It was either too cold or too hot. Overall, I appreciated the warm and inviting atmosphere that the staff created. It was the trip of a life time.

Room was clean. Aircon was not cold and although coffee was provided, a kettle was not!

Wifi is hard to use.There are a lot of use restrictions. If this hotel does not change wifi system.i think I will not visit this hotel anymore.

Good hotel for short transit. Girls at the front desk are very pretty and very helpful. The hotel is located near to a mall (JY mall at JY square) and super market with good food choices around. Or you can take those little bus things for 8 PHP to get wherever you want(bus-04m to get to Ayala mall) most of the big attractions are a lot farther down south , and to do a tour to get to them you need to be in a group.there are only churches and 1 or 2 temples nearby. So if you have some time to spare then just go further south near Moalboal and Oslob . But if your just looking for a nice hotel with good transportation and food nearby then this hotel is just fine. One small issue that I also found with my hotel in puerta princessa, I thought it was just my hotel at the time but seeing it here I think it’s just in the philipenes, random people slamming the doors is really loud and you get random sounds from the ceiling even though my room is on the top floor. It’s not something that will keep you up at night or disturb you very much but it’s just something you will notice and wonder what that could possibly be lol. Oh and to get to the hotel from the airport is about 300-310 PHP. When looking for hotels I’ve tried to give detailed reviews because it’s really hard to find a hotel and odd reviews make it even harder, so wherever you stay please try to give a detailed review like this one. Even if you book in advance and pay up front you still may have problems getting your room! Even if you show your confirmation email and payment receipt they don't believe you have booked. They are calling you a liar because their system is slow to update, I stay in Cebu a lot but this establishment is my black list now.

It waa a really great stay. The twin rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and we were not far from the IT park where there are lots of great food places as well as.

The 18 Suites Cebu staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. The room is clean, so are the hallways and the elevator.

i could spend the precious time at the hotel. even though there was a blackout, they fixed it fast. thank you for providing the great service.

I was surprised for the rate at how clean the room was, it was excellent. Staff was very helpful and nice, great little restaurant on site. It's just a basic room nothing fancy, but it clearly states that, but just so very clean for the rate. The only things I didn't like was the barking dogs at night which I read is a common problem with other guest, and the fact that I booked a room for 4 people but was only given 3 pillows, was told there was a charge for a 4th, Seems misleading and petty when my reservation clearly stated 4 guests. Wasn't the money just the principal, come on would it really make a difference in your bottom line, I tipped your staff more then that everyday.

My reservation was cancelled a day before , due to some OYO issues and was transferred to another hotel , hassle that I had to change my schedules for that ..

Stayed here a few times during my trip to Philippines. The hotel is quite new and very clean. Our room also was spacious considering the price. It has all your basic needs and nothing more. The beds are quite firm but comfortable enough to sleep. My main issue during our stay was that you could hear from outside... so almost every night there was a dog howling from outside and was very disruptive of our sleep. Also on 2 occasions, we had to wait at least an hour as our booking were not on their system. So the tip is to just book directly with them if you don’t want the same problem. Overall, our stay was ok.

Maybe Improve on the the sound or noise outside the room , you can hear the sound of doors and showers form the next door and neighbors dogs barking . Bed , pillow and place is awesome . I enjoyed my stay , thank you

The very friendly, accommodating and efficient staff. The property is extremely clean and the rooms are well equipped.

Pretty happy with the place. A simple stay with minimum requirements. A nice clean place walking distance from some good food. The service was very helpful We just needed a clean, simple place to stay and this space provided that.
