The apartment was great and the check in was a breeze! They even brought out luggage up and down for us! Everyone was very nice and responsive! Our trip was even better because of it! Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic, very clean which is the most important part for me. The location - perfect! And they left a lovely little hamper. One of the best few days of my life in beautiful Bellagio - my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Terrible people they just want your money

The check in was very smooth. Yaseen was really helpful. Apartment was in a great location and the A/C worked well.

Great spot for sure. Loved the area and decent size. Was next to a restaurant and had a balcony down to it so it was nice as they had live music on the weekend. This was one of the last stops on a multi stop trip and by far was the best one. I would recommend to anyone and may stay again on another trip.

Beautiful Bellagio! Maybe my favorite place in the world! The flat is clean, quiet, well-equipped and convenient. The host is very helpful. Parking was easy and very useful as we were on a road trip and parking in the villages around Lake Como is hard to find. We took a boat day trip to the various small towns surrounding the lake and a sailing trip. Remember to book everything well in advance. It sells out. Fantastic trip!

Great location. Centre of town close to shops and restaurants. Really nice decor and AC works very well. Shower is small though but most are i find in Italy.

Fantastically Central property with a beautiful view encompassing the town, lake and mountains within one felled swoop.The host was so considerate and full of useful information and you could tell she genuinely wanted you to have a lovely stay.the only slight negative to mention was the lack of a thick blind or curtain. It didnt bother me as we were up early but if you wanted a lie in through Summer, then you would struggle as they are very thin and don't block much out.Also, I couldn't find the cutlery such as Knives and Forks etc? possibly just my eyes, but for a self catering apartment they are needed.overall it was a fantastic stay at a great price for somewhere so central. highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely apartment in the perfect location right in the center of Bellagio. The place is spacious, all new and spotless clean. Communication went well. Be aware that due to its location, there is a bit of noise in the evening, on the upside everything is at your doorstep. A small supermarket is opposite the apartment but with limited choice, best ist probably to stop at a larger one before coming. There is free parking in the area but requires a bit of searching - we therefore decided not to move the car anymore once we found a spot in walking distance.

We used the kitchen a lot and had no issues - had everything you need. We love the balcony and its look out to the restaurant courtyard below. A very cozy and comfy feel. We had excellent service from the host / operators who were contactable when we had some questions. We felt very safe here too. My husband did find the shower a bit small for his size but for me it was fine. Overall, cant fault the place and we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Bellagio.

The place is very small, but in the great location. It is advertised to have Air Conditioning, but in reality it only has a small portable A/C unit in the living room, that only could cool living room down to 82 degrees. The bedroom temperature was few degrees higher, making sleeping in it unbearable. Communication with office about the checking in was great. People were very friendly, gave us all kind of info and allowed us to check out 3 hours later than normal without any extra charge. The bathroom does not have exhaust. I would also advise to keep windows closed overnight since it gets really noisy starting at 6 am with all kind of traffic and deliveries.
