If you are thinking about visiting Solider Field, the Field Museum, or Shedd Aquarium, and want to be close. Book this hotel. Clean, friendly, comfortable, close. The pool is a big plus, too!

It was clean and a great location for our sightseeing. The pool and hot tub were a highlight at the end of the day.

I needed a night to bridge a business function that would be a late night and an early next day at the office in the city. I wanted a relatively inexpensive but clean, safe and comfortable room. I got more than what i expected. Electronic key check in, THAT WORKED. Lovely, clean room. Friendly staff from the valet to the front desk staff. I will use this hotel again, definitely

Location was incredible within walking or a quick drive to everywhere I wanted to go. Very close to multiple bus and train stops. View from our room was incredible. Rooms were clean and staff in the lobby was attentive

The hotel was nice. I didn’t like the fact that one side of the hotel offered complementary breakfast, and the other side did not and their whole time that we were there the valet was full, which was a little inconvenient as well.

It was incredibly loud. The AC unit was SO loud. I thought it was going to break down it rattled so bad. The door had a huge gap underneath and we could hear everyone in the hall.

We had a great stay here. Our floor had windows at both end of the hallways so you could see the lake and the other end, the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice . Our room was clean and it had a microwave and fridge which was a plus. The bed was pretty comfy and the air conditioning worked well. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing I didn't care for was the valet parking was $69 but parking in Chicago is always expensive. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a comfortable hotel in a quiet area. It was a great place to relax. While it's relatively close to Grant Park and "the Bean" and it has a red line station close by, I wish I had opted for its North side sibling at the same price, because that's where I spent most of my sightseeing time. But if you are in the city for any other reason than the touristy stuff, then it's a great place at a great price.

We loved the location and the hotel staff were very friendly. Lots of things within walking distance to do or the lyft drivers were able to get us where we needed to go. Couple things...one set of VERY SLOW elevators. There were times we waited over 5 minutes for the elevator. Secondly...our bathroom door was the weirdest thing. It was a flat plate and everytime we shut the door it would lock and took is 10 minutes to get out.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient and provides a beautiful view of the city and Lake Michigan. The facility was clean and inviting. The staff were very welcoming and helpful to our needs. The only issue that I came across were that one of towels in the bathroom had noticeable dirty stains on

It is Chicago... so you have some homeless folks rambling around. It is close to Trader Joe's and they have the cheapest bottle water in the city. It is close to the Field Museum and Aquarium, but it is a hike to do anything on the Loop.

Overall experience was good, location is nice walking distance to attractions. However they charged me $6 for 2 bottles of water on my credit card which we did not consume ($3 usd for a 500ml water bottle is insane, why on earth would we want to drink it?) I called them but the front desk put me on hold forever so I had to dispute it with my credit card company.

The light didn't work that was connected to the night stand, and the water pressure was causing water to come out in different directions. I spoke with 3 staff members and I finally I spoke to one that handled my needs in a professional way. The location was perfect! I would stay there again.
