Beautiful harbor area in a small town.

Great location. Room was on second floor with outside steps. It was okay edpecially since we were there only 1 night, but when you passed other rooms, if they were sitting outside they had to get up for us to pass.

Super convenient location….two-minute walkable to in town restaurants, Madeline Island Ferry and Apostle Islands Cruise Pier. Well maintained property, spotless clean bathroom. We were very pleased with our two night stay.

This is an old property. Room was cozy. The bathroom area was very tiny. The closet was larger. The stairs up to the room were very steep. The location was perfect, a 2-minute walk to the beach and marina.

Very adequate hotel for one night. Room 6 has the sink in the main room which is ok but the lighting above the sink isn’t adequate for getting ready for the day.

Yearly Bayfield trip. Always stay at Harbors Edge. Nothing fancy .great value. Very clean. Staff are great. Absolutely beautiful place with lots to see and do.

The room was clean but not very comfortable. Nice private deck with a view of the lake. Within walking distance to the docks and most restaurants. Had to ask for fresh towels one day. Overall this place is not a good value for what they charge and we won’t return

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Apostles Island. The hotel is walking distance to the ferry to Madeline Island, the cruises and a lot of great restaurants - left the car parked and walked to a lot we wanted to do. The manager at the hotel was amazing. We were arriving late and she made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do. Had poor cell service so she called back in about an hour to make sure we had all the information we needed. Room was very comfortable and big. Will be back in the future

Harbors Edge was the perfect place to stay for us in Bayfield. Convenient, easy walking to many places.
Room was clean,quiet and comfortable.
Staff was friendly and courteous.

This is a no frills property. The best part is the location. You can park and walk to everywhere and never move your vehicle.
It does have a window unit for air, which is very loud. It does keep the room very cold. The dehumidifier runs constantly and I did have to empty it. It has a good small refrigerator which works well. The coffee pot had coffee but no cream or sugar, and a few plates and cups but no silverware.

Great front desk staff checked us in and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Location is very good. Rooms are dated but clean. Not much lighting at all. So if you need to apply makeup, good luck! Bathroom is very small and sink in with bedroom. Room did have a small refrigerator and we were very happy of that.

I’m traveling with a friend and we both booked individual rooms. Her room was on the ground floor of the main building and mine was upstairs in the building that houses the office. We were both pleased with our rooms. They were comfortable, clean, and the location was walkable to anywhere we wanted to go, particularly convenient to walk to catch the boat tour.

Staff was great! Clean and comfortable accommodations. I liked that hotel guests could access the community microwave and ice machine at anytime. Located across from the ferry so there was more noise at times, but the convenience to stores and local attractions was well worth it! Recommend Harbor Edge motel.

This cute and "cottagey" place has an ideal location--walk to anywhere in Bayfield or catch the fairy right out the front door. The public beach is so close you can pop back to the room as many times as you need. Our room was plenty spacious and the furniture was sturdy. Staff did a nice job of cleaning room and replacing towels each day!

I love that this location is right on the bay and we can walk to the ferry station. It's right downtown so it's within walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. We even enjoyed the free Music In the Park Thursday evening! The staff called to check on us when we had a late arrival time, thank you! Super clean room, we will be back!

Our room was clean. There was a gap in the door to our room...I did not see or do i think that there were any pests in our room but, there could have been, the gap is noticeable. Alsoa gap areound the wall air conditioner. I had to empty the dehumidifier at least times. The side chairs arms were dirty. Could barely get myself rinsed off in the shower (shower head shoul be replaced) and the bathroom vanity/sink next to the kitchenette sink and around the corner from the toliet / shower room is a bit weird.

We left our car in lot and walked to everything. Boat cruise and ferry across the street. Shopping, park and restaurants all nearby !will stay again!!

I had a modest room with a balcony on the second floor. After a storm, the most beautiful rainbow I've ever seen came out, and all of us drifted out from our separate rooms to stand on the balcony and enjoy it together. It was a lovely moment that I will treasure. And it only happened because the hotel is perfectly located. [Also, the staff found and shipped my toiletries to my home. Thank you!]

Ok location of this hotel is top notch!! Walking to everything we needed. We did not have the view of the lake but we had what felt like a private garden. Little dated but everything we needed.
