Very clean property. We had problems with check in but hopefully got the problem resolved. Do not eat breakfast there. We walked out, cold coffee, just a weird experience. Continental breakfast $9. Order off a little menu had to make your own toast. Just never experienced something like this before. Maverick's was good!

Bed was super comfy. Rooms weren't incredible up to date, but they were clean.

Very good hotel, clean, friendly staff, well appointed rooms and responsive housekeeping. Two suggestions for this hotel - 1) update your mattresses as they were starting to feel saggy and 2) rethink and revamp the breakfast at Mavericks. I’ve stayed at numerous Hilton hotels over the years and this was by far the worst breakfast situation I’ve ever had - mediocre food, lukewarm, poor tasting coffee, limited selection, dried out breakfast potatoes, definitely not recommended. The second day the chef never showed up! It felt uncared for and not well attended. Up your game Hilton! You have and can do better! This was not good!

It was just ok. Hard to park & check in process was long due to hotel staffer talking about his health issues- just check me in. So I was late to my concert! Truly, because he took about 25 min checking me in & didn’t know how to use the key card computer system. Very loud guests above our room - partying until 1:30am!

Our stay was wonderful, staff was friendly, other business within walking distance. Would stay again at this hotel. Thank you for a stress free stay.

I didn't stay at this hotel. I didn't receive emails for my reservation, so I had to make reservations at another hotel. I wish I could request a refund, but I know that doesn't usually happen. Trust me, I would have rather stayed at your hotel.

The hotel was great in every way but one, unfortunately the one bad thing was the mattress. Usually hotel mattresses are great. These were awful. The pool and hot tub were so nice and clean and everything else was as well. If they were to tell me they got better mattresses I’d go back next year for the convention but as it is we will probably find another place.

Shower (4th floor room) needed more pressure. Everything else was excellent. Nice to have the microwave and fridge in-room. Comfy beds.

Loved the facility but traffic is loud. Staff was attentive and friendly!

Clean room, clean overall. I saw 1 staff person at check in and never saw another. Bed wasnt overly comfortable, but it was fine.

The hotel was very clean and I had a great experience. I slept well - the beds are comfortable and the room is large and has everything you need. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

Could not get the shower to fully come on. Very very small swimming pool and spa. Strange front desk, it highlighted a little store featuring a $4 cup of coffee.

Welcoming and clean property! Front desk staff even asked if we would like a couple extra towels as he saw we had our daughters along coming from a basketball tourney. Nice pool area. Will definitely stay again.

Fastest check-in process I’ve seen probably ever. Very nice steakhouse restaurant that’s very casual attached to the hotel. Excellent food. Easy access to all of the hallways. Great place.

Was surprised to find a low toilet still in use.

For this location being a new hotel, I was surprised to find out the terrible structure of the property. They floors are plywood and not concrete and you WILL hear EVERY person walking on the floor above you. I called down and asked Walter to call up to the person above me, which he graciously did. The person above me responded with a loud THUD on the floor to retaliate. So in order for me to not go to jail from throttling the dude, I went down and got a new room. So, thank you to Walter for that. The new room, I could hear every word verbatim from the TV in the room next to me. The joining rooms have TERRIBLE audio silencing. So, be prepared for a horrendous night of sleep at this site

The Maverick restaurant is great. The staff at the hotel are very helpful. The refrigerator is in a cabinet that is not ventilated and it uses a lot of energy in order to stay cold. I left the cabinet door open so it didn't run continuously. The walls seemed thin I could hear normal talking.

It was great when we arrived early and they put us in a room before check in, then, the room floor was sticky there was something sticky on the desk and my purse got stuck to it, went to shower and the faucet and shower had water pouring out which made water pressure horrible, the ironing board was literally broken like the bolts weren't even bolted i did call down and housekeeping came with another right away, but this morning at 9 am the housekeeper knocked and instantly came in thank god the doors top lock was locked, she said sorry but i didnt understand the 9 am? Check out was 11? The common areas are beautiful and clean but hallways and rooms were very lacking.

Overall our stay was fine. Staff was great. Mattress was not comfortable.

Excellent hotel with a great location. My only complaints would be the room location and shower. The room was near the front desk and the pool and the elevators; not great for sleeping. We were given an accessible room, which would have been ok except the regular shower head didn’t work.
