Newish and clean. I would have given it a higher rating, but I needed to use my computer for 4-5 hours and there was no desk chair. A/C was loud but worked OK. Staff apparently not on duty full time, maybe because it is so small.

A great place for the "lodging" experience. Clean fresh and remodeled with attached tiki restaurant on the water. The only downside is it is situated right on the main road, and I do mean RIGHT on the road; it takes away from the "nature" feel.

While the outside looks like an old Ma-andPa motel, the rooms have been beautifully redecorated and impeccably clean. The restaurant was closed the evening we stayed, but its location directly on the river can't be beat.

The room was clean and the restaurant/bar was great. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. What a great surprise, we will be back!

Motel centrally located to restaurants & all activities. All rooms newly renovated and updated. Exceptionally clean. Staff polite and very helpful.

We had to book last minute, and we were grateful for the accommodation. But the walls were thin and we could hear people partying on both sides of us until 3am. Not a place to bring family or to chill.

Very clean, convenient, great restaurant

We booked The Gator Den last minute and we were not disappointed. The front desk staff was very nice and very helpful. The room was filled with clean towels and was very clean! The only thing that I was upset with is the bar/restaurant is closed on Wednesdays! Other than that it was a great stay!

Friendly check in, clean room, good amount of pillows. We stayed here so we could be close to Rainbow Springs and it worked out great.

Great place! Rooms just got redone so they are great! Service was so top notch! Boat rentals there and we fished off the dock and caught a bunch of fish. They were there the whole time to help us! Stay here if you are in the area!

Easy to get to, dining next door is good and convenient. Location not far from shops and local attractions. It’s simple, clean and comfortable

The room was amazing, so clean and had everything we needed. Love, love that they had a keurig in the room. Microwave and small refrigerator! We there for a Wedding and was concerned that it was close to the road, no worries slept like a baby. I do recommend they need blackout curtains! Would definitely stay there again

This is a small gem. Parking was right but there is a space for each room. Convenient bar and restaurant attached. You can rent a boat or a slip. Personal is friendly and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about this stay.

We stayed one night. We are building in close by Citrus Springs, so we stay frequently, and have always been satisfied. This time there were bugs all over the room, and it was not as clean as usual. Apparently there were bed bugs. I suffered for a week with bites appearing daily(which apparently is how these bites present). I had many sleepless nights because of this and have never experienced anything like it. I reached out to the property with no response from them. I was extremely disappointed, because we had always loved staying at the property. I WOULD NEVER EAT OR STAY THERE AGAIN.

Great, friendly, helpful staff. Rented a pontoon boat, ate, relaxed there. Owners were very welcoming. . On a great river for boating, tubing, water fun.

The quiet

Very friendly staff, the adjoining restaurant was very good and your right on the river. Close to kayak launches and easy to get in and out of parking lot. Very clean and quiet even though it is right off the hwy. I would definitely stay again.

Really nice motel - very clean, updated and comfortable rooms. We were worried about traffic noise with the location right along the road but it wasn’t bad at all. Staff were super friendly and accommodating- restaurant beside motel had great food and atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

The motel does not look like much from the outside. The room though was very clean, modern, and relaxing.
