Some of the staff was nice and the other was super rude. They ran out of toilet paper and got extremely rude when we ask for additional rolls. We ended up checking out early because of the staff.

Very nice staff, spotlessly clean, everything we needed. Bed and pillows very comfortable, great location for our Rainbow River kayak trip.

I wasn’t allowed to check in because I left my license at home. I had a picture of my license along with all my credit cards including the credit card I used to book the room. The person on the desk would not listen to anything that I said. I asked for the manager and he said she was on vacation. Later I found out he was lying. I ended up having to have a friend go online and rebook the room. It cost me an extra $50 for the reservation. Then I tryed to get my money back from Expedia but they said unless the hotel released it back I couldn’t. The next morning I spoke with the assistant manager who couldn’t believe the previous days person on the desk wouldn’t take my picture of my license as proof. Also had the same credit card that I booked with which would have been plenty of proof. Anyway they released my money back to Expedia. Then after a 2 hour wait they finally agreed to give me back my money. It ruined my golf trip.

This was our evac destination during Hurricane Milton in 2024. It filled up but the staff was accommodating, power stayed on and so did WiFi. The rooms had refrigerators and the hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. It was clean and overall a great stay. Thank you for the hard working staff.

Sami was a great clerk. She has a great personality and jumped right up every time I approached the desk.

A/C in our room was not cool at all and made it very uncomfortable. The lobby and the rest of hotel outside the rooms had no A/C on at all and was hot and stale. I would like to reiterate to the comfort inn that you are located in Florida? one of the hottest states. You would think A/C would be a priority. Also a little shady area with some area locals hanging around property. I booked another place next day.

I really liked that the Hotel is close to Rainbow River and Crystal River as well. Nice little Gym👍

The workout facility was decent and even though you had to request towels and room clean up it was a good stay. The con is the pool did not open until 10 am, even though it said dawn to dusk. The beakfast was usually wiped out if you went after 8 am.

The ratings online deffinatly don’t come from the guests. The beds are mediocre. First day your out of most breakfast items muffins bagels fruit sausage bacon yogurt and more basically it was waffle’s and plastic eggs cereal. and that the waffle iron is set wrong and won’t cook them in the middle eggs feel and taste like plastic no kidding please I encourage you to taste them because it’s disgusting .
The room looked great in the pictures with the love seat and chair in the living room however. I got a portion of a sectional and 2 mos matched hassocks.
Front desk/maid said they were out bath towels!! How insaine is that to be told how many towels I have for our showers. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in all the surrounding rooms.

Building was old and smelled musty but other than that it was fine. Rooms had great ac but hallways and elevator did not which might contribute to smell.
