Manager is very distracted with her computer.

Place is average. Needs a little more maintenance. No toilet paper in the bathroom and bathroom light was malfunctioning.

Hotel was good for the price paid. It is located a few blocks from the very center of the town, but it is in a nice and quiet place.
The building and rooms are in good condition and service is as expected.

I love this place. The owners are amazing and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

When checking in I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean. I stayed one night and it was quite and comfortable. Breakfast was included and I was greeted by Susan the owner and her son. I will stay again.

I’ve stayed here multiple times on trips to David. Friendly bilingual staff, easy access, convenient location. I will continue to use them each visit.

My son and I stayed here two nights. We really liked the location. The beds are luxurious! The Internet is super fast! The breakfast was good coffee good but some fruit and more variety would be nice. Also the hot water was only warm but other than that it was wonderful. Don't lose your key card! I did and they charged me $20

The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms/bathrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The amenities are a bit basic (no microwave, few outlets, no safe, no coffee maker, etc.), but for such a good price it was easy to look past.

If you are looking for one night only to sleep is.... okBut i think still not worth the money, this should be a cheaper hotel , hotel is managed by chinese , they just want to give you the basic, we were two at the room and i requested one more soap and they didnt gave it to me, so i have to use the facial soap to bath and the other person in the room the other soap , not going back never to this hotel, in front there is a hotel named city plaza similar price range 100% better than this

Room is very new, comfortable, and clean. Hosts are very friendly. Plenty of on site parking. Shower is great, plenty of water pressure and each room has their own hot water heater. (Under the bathroom sink). So no worries about taking a shower after other guests have used up the hotels supply. Calle F Sur is a busy street and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The F Sur Inn has all the requirements that I want in a hotel: clean, comfortable bed, quiet, friendly and helpful staff, safe, away from the main drag but close enough to everything including good restaurants, airport, and much more. I will definitely come back.
