This Hotel is a great property , The rooms are spacious has nice large shower with glass doors . The bed is very comfortable The breakfast buffet in the morning is very nice touch to have for breakfast

My daughter needed a soft landing for 1 night. She had been sleeping outside for a couple of nights. We live a few hours away. They worked with us so she could eat breakfast while they got her room ready. So we could get her checked in & taken care of for the night. AWESOME STAFF.

The staff at our checkin was very kind, friendly and helpful.

I stayed one night and my only complaint is that one of the shower sliding doors was missing, so water got all over the bathroom floor when I took a shower. I meant to notify the staff when I checked out but forgot. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The front desk manager was very personable and inviting. Our room was quiet and spacious. Our bed had a smudge on the bedspread.

Front desk staff was exceptional and friendly. Our room was close to the lobby and was very loud. Request you replace Styrafom with eco friendly products.

The elevator was always damaged, we were given a room on the fourth floor, we were on vacation with children and we had to go up and down the four floors daily many times, we asked for them to change rooms and they told us that everyone wanted the change of rooms because of the problem of the elevator and that they had no availability, we talked to the staff of the expedía to ask them to help us with what happened and they told us that they could do nothing, we asked for the cancellation of the reservation and they told us that they would not return the money due to hotel policies, that is to say that if or if we had to stay and go up the fourth floors daily. We went to drink water from the part where they put breakfast and a guy from the staff told us that we couldn't drink water from there and that we bought it in the fridge they had there to sell the water.

The stay was amazing, all but the air condition going out. I really enjoyed myself and did my grandchildren.

The stay was great until I got home and checked my bank statement. A fee was charged to my account with no email or call stating why. I called the Hotel and asked what the charge was for. The front desk stated it was a smoking fee charge. After telling the receptionist I do not smoke and never was any smoking done, she offered that the manager would call me. After an hour I still had not received a call so I called back. Another lady answered and stated once again there was a smoking fee charged and after asking again to speak to the manager she stated there was nothing they could do about the charge and that the charge needed to be disputed with my bank. Shocked that a smoking fee for ‘smelling marijuana in the area” was charged to my room and I never smelled anything the night I was there for my stay. Not to mention I was staying with my two year old son. After finally talking the manager he stated again there’s nothing they can do about the situation. Being wrongly accused of doing something I do not do and being out of a large amount of money has ruined the trip. I now have to fight the bank to try and get this money bank. The whole situation was handled poorly.

i dont have one bad thing to say about this hotel. everyone was friendly and the rooms were clean. we stayed a week and they gave us new towels every day and asked us if we needed anything. this is an excellent hotel to stay at.

AC was loud and the room temperature was set at 74 and couldn't be changed. I like to sleep at 68 to 70 degrees. Hotel needs to repair AC.

The shower was dirty. Had little hairs all over. The floor numbers in the elevator were written on, looked sloppy.

Clean, newer hotel near charming downtown Wilmington.
