Nice location great staff:

The hotel is really nice, but they are short staffed, the pool bar was closed and there's was a lot of people there waiting for someone to take the orders and bring it to to the pool from the restaurant they surely missed $$$$, we were not happy of this. The pool water was dirty and needed service. The rooms are nice. The elevator door sensor doesn't work, it hit us while entering twice I got a bruise on my arm. and my friend the day after on both arms. It has potential but needs better management.

We enjoyed the stay, however be aware the service staff in the bar and check in were not very attentive and at times had a rude tone.

Loved this hotel. In the middle of the historic area. One of my favorite stays in Mexico. The pool was amazing the bartender up there was so helpful and nice.

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff close to many shops and walkable to the main Plaza’s. I highly recommend.

Not worth the money! Rooftop pool dirty and very small. Bicycles need repair. Perfect location, but the service is not what you expect from a Marriott Hotel / expensive hotel.

The property is gorgeous and well kept. It’s at a very centralized place, walking distance from restaurants and convenience stores. All the staff were super nice and helpful especially Cesar and Carlos.

Very safe and so much to see

Customer service was great. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from major attractions and restaurants. One observation is that the room was cleaned, bed, sheets and bathroom, but floors were not mopped, same for the batroom floor and shower.

This is the perfect hotel to stay at when you travel to SLP! It’s located in the middle of everything, it’s really fancy and the staff is very kind. I will definitely stay here again.

I had a charge of near 80 dlls that I still not have back into my account, nobody is giving me any sort of support. This money is robbed up until now.

This is a beautiful renovated hotel. The pool areal has an amazing view of the city. It’s clean and the pretty plants give it a homey feel to it. The gym is also very clean. My room was huge. I got it with a balcony view so I could get a breeze, but I couldn’t open the balcony window. The only thing I didn’t like was I ordered room service and the food was completely cold. Not even warm, like it had been sitting there. It took an hour to get our food but the chef did say they were understaffed. It would also be nice if they offered cribs for infants! Overall it was a pleasant stay.

As a family of 4, this hotel was perfect for us! The hotel was very clean, beautiful & very accommodating. Service alone won us. The staff was super helpful, going out of their way to make things easier for us & just provide amazing service. The only issue we had was we were placed in a room that the roof was leaking, we were moved immediately once we brought it to their attention but that was the only negative we experienced. This hotel was remodeled. The pool was on the terrace & came with amazing views, my kids loved it. The weekend breakfast buffet had limited options but they were all really delicious. The location was another plus for us, we could walk in any direction & be in a location we could shop, eat at really nice restaurants, see historic cathedrals, see amazing architecture. We did rent a car & parked our rental in the parking garage that is used for this hotel. It was about a block away but the hotel staff & garage staff made sure we had a spot, would park the car for us & pull it out for us, if it was late at night they would walk with us to make sure we go there safe unbothered. If it was after 9 we would have to notify the hotel we were coming but someone was always there to open the gate or close it after us. Would definitely stay again!

The property is almost new, great facilities, walking distance to centro histórico. We ate at their restaurant and they have good portions and tasty food. The staff is outstanding, specially the bell boys and door men, they go out of their way to keep you comfortable, provided directions and even walk you half way to destination around the hotel to show you where restaurants are located. Our room was regular size, nothing too spacious. However, the beds and bedding were comfortable and cozy. Great stay.
