We loved this place! The hotel is clean, updated, offers plenty of amenities, and the service was great!

Rooms are efficiently mapped out , but small . As I analyze the layout , it is well thought out for storage . Bathroom is nice sized . I have never stayed in a hotel that has been so obviously thought out . I have stayed in soo many places . Like most people , I look for ambience and views and comfort . But though this room lacks some of the plush things I look for . It’s an efficiently designed room . The pool and workout room nice . The breakfast descent too .

It was a very nice hotel. It is located in a beautiful area with the river walk just a block away.

The room in the property were fine, however, the radiator and the cooler that was blowing in the room was both noisy and seemed to be on all night. It was hard to sleep at times because of the noise.

This is for the discount minded person. Rooms are very very small and don’t have carpet. Room doesn’t have a closet either. Has an “IKEA” feel in how it’s put together and decorated. I wouldn’t consider these rooms for any long term stay, I.e. more than 1 night.

The receptionist were not friendly and did not to seem to like their jobs. I walked in smiling excited happy to finally arrive from a 13 hour drive to see family, to find indifference personal upon arrival. We will continue to stay for the reward stays through hotels.com, price and location to the riverwalk.

We had a great stay, view wasn't great, but that's not what we were there for.

Such a fun happy place to stay! The view was gorgeous across the canal and Snake River. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Breakfast and pool table in the mornings was fun. My young adult children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I utilized a weight workout and husband enjoyed the comfy bed and TV.

This hotel was very clean and up to date. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate they have a table and plug ins on each side of the bed (a lot of hotels don’t) and that their shampoo actually lathers. The only issue we had was the air conditioner was a bit noisy, we turned it off but you could still here the air conditioners from other rooms. The hotel backed onto the river so it was nice and quiet and provided good scenery. It was also very close to a couple of restaurants so it was easy to walk to. Overall the hotel was great!

Very awful. I was there twice in April with my small golden doodle and had a way different experience. I booked and prepaid this visit on hotels.com and no mention of a pet fee. When I got there they tacked on a $75 non refundable pet fee and they were nasty about it. When I said that hotels.com didn’t mention this $75, she said that “it’s posted on their website”. I had the visit already pre paid so couldn’t leave. Hotel has deteriorated in two months. A lot of weeds in the flower beds. Dirty wall next to phone in my room. Three of the employees all visiting at front desk. Not in the least bit gracious. So sad. I was loving Tru and now
I hate it.

I was there when there was a soccer tournament. So as a very full hotel. I would say that says a lot in itself. The staff was absolutely amazing, courteous helpful, and kind. My grandbabies had a blast at the pool overall it was a great stay.

I love Tru. My first surprise was the lack of carpet and heavy drapes. Nothing in the room except for bedding that cannot be wiped down and sanitized. The lovely desk clerk said the rooms are deliberately hypoallergenic! Yay! Clean as in spic and span. Try is now my #1 choice for where to stay. It’s also a little bit funky and fun!!!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful The rooms were very small compared to any other hotel we’ve stayed at and the walls are paper thin! We could hear a dog barking in a room next to us. It sounded like the dog was right in our room! I wouldn’t stay there again.
