The resort is small but lovely. The main restaurant had great food. The accommodations were great and it was nice to have kayaking and paddle boarding included. The only downside which the resort can’t do anything about was that the low tide starts around 430pm. Then you have to head for the pool!

The beach resort was beautiful and very nice staff. If you are looking for more to do, dont stay here. It is not close to anything and the food on the resort is very expensive. The pool is wonderful and the beach area was beautifully kept. I would recommend a couple stay here fir a quiet time away.

The bartender was friendly. There wasn't a lot of chairs to set by the beach in.

Absolutely gorgeous, immaculate, clean and beautifully designed property with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are well appointed, pool is lovely, beach and pier are fun. Restaurant on-site offers elevated dining. We’ll be back and recommend Grassy Flats to all our friends!

The resort is spectacular! Every staff member was awesome and extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are top notch and perfect for a relaxing time.

We stayed at this hotel several times. It is very nice, It’s nice that they have a separate area for adults. They also have 3 in house places to eat, a tiki bar for lunch, a roof top for breakfast and bar in the evening and a restaurant for dinner (didn’t go to this one though). They include free paddle boards and kayaks. The rooms could have better A/C, they added another portable fan and seem to be having issues with A/C, hopefully will be resolved soon. Also they don’t have room service unless you call for it.

I have stayed there twice in two different rooms . Both times the water was luke warm. Everything else was awesome.

IF you are looking for hotel with the beach...look for the other resorts. The resort is very well kept but the beach is smelly and you can't enjoy your balcony or swimming pool because of horrible smell. Sorry...but people should now.

It was fantastic, good quality, comfortable and we will happily go back. One strange downside is there is a phenomenon at the natural beach on the property that smells terrible. It’s less noticeable when the tide is high but unfortunately that’s just nature and this beach is smelly. If you have a sensitive stomach you will not have a good time. We left the property for other beaches when it bothered us and otherwise had a fantastic stay. Smell was not present in the rooms at all.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location for just chilling out. Green - refill water bottles provided. Our double aspect room in the adult only part of the hotel was stunning and had the quietest air-con that didn't disturb my sleep - the refrigerator still rumbled away in the night but was quietest of all the others on our road trip!! (not used to air con or a refrigerator in the bedroom at home!!)

Beautiful little boutique hotel! Very clean, all of the staff was amazing from the front desk to the water sports staff to the best bartender in the keys - Jeff is awesome! Room was clean, updated & comfortable! We will be back!

Absolutely stellar! Highly recommend for a romantic, chill getaway. Room was gorgeous. Loved that there was an adult only pool and hot tub - separate family friendly area - and both had lifts for people with mobility impairments. It was so serene. Location is good - not too far from the 7 mile bridge so easy to do a day trip to Bahia Honda or even key west, and very close to the turtle hospital (a must see). They also have a lot of water sports options though we didn’t try them out - next time. Staff were very pleasant, especially Tracy in the restaurant. New mixologist did a great job with cocktails and there are lots of nice wines. Bar closes at 10 though so if you are looking for a party spot, this probably isn’t it (though you can always get a bottle of wine for your room). We were also so happy that the hotel cares about the environment- it was literally the only place in the keys that didn’t give us plastic straws and disposable glasses. Gorgeous views from the rooftop deck. Every amenity was top notch.

I thought the food was great. Even had Foursquare rum, in the bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful, offered many recommendations for beaches and jet ski options. Swim with the Dolphins, is 5 min drive. Only thing i wasnt a fan of, was the tide would go out around 4pm, until 9pm. Leaving a not so great smell during that time. Obviously nothing they can do,but was mot great. Whwn tide was in,was very nice. The pier is nice at night toi.

The sandy beach-side property was absolutely stunning! The view from our 3rd floor room overlooked the Atlantic with a walkable pier, private beach, pool, and jacuzzi. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful with subtle nautical and tropical touches.The breezy balcony overlooked tall palm trees and ocean. We had access to two on-property restaurants and a delightful tiki bar. The staff was always helpful, cheerful and courteous. Grassy Flats Resort and Beach Club is a total 5-star establishment! My husband and I will definitely be returning in the near future.

The rooms are beautiful. The towels are excellent. My recommendation is to add a hot water kettle and coffee/tea bags. The restaurant (breakfast and lunch; we never had dinner there) and we loved it.

Friendly staff. Great amenities. Felt spa-like from check in through check out. Beautiful room. We had drinks at the tiki and rooftop bars, had dinner at the Rhum Bar, and saw the sunrise from the dock. Absolutely stunning and fun-filled one night stay.

Staff was very enthusiastic and helpful. Food is excellent at the hotel restaurant. Property is clean and maintained. Beach, hot tub, and pool relaxing. Adult only was a huge plus. Plenty of water sports activities available. Excellent stay experience all the way around! We loved it so much that we decided to stay an extra night!

We had a wonderful time here. Room was clean and we felt safe (30 year old niece with 65 yr old aunt). A bit noisy from people above and next door, but not bad. Check in person was very nice. Check out girl was exceptional! Cabana Jeff was excellent!! Only downside was menu selections were somewhat limited….a little fancier than we were looking for but what we had was outstanding!! Have already recommended to friends. Thanks grassy flats. 😊
